This was my first Airbnb stay. I felt completely welcomed. I felt safe. The value (especially considering floor space) is nothing short of incredible! Thank you for an excellent part of my visit to St Louis! Without a doubt I will stay here next time I visit the area if it is still available at that time.

We had such an enjoyable stay! The location was great and the home was beautiful and cozy. We felt right at home. The only issue we had were the upstairs neighbors early in the morning but that was no fault of this host. We look forward to visiting again!!

Great location for a walk to our Concert at Delmar Hall. We had a blast and loved the place. Shower is an eagle claw tub and difficult to use is my only heads up, otherwise, it was Great!!!

As someone who used to live in St. Louis this is perfect location wise! Really enjoyed my stay here and would highly suggest staying here. The hosts are very nice. Quick access to coffee, bars, world class food etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at Kathryn’s !

Greg was awesome and responsive with his instructions to get in. Even though his instructions were clear on how to get in, I got lost and confused and he was immediately messaging me how to get in. AWESOME AND COOL PLACE

It's a wonderful place that I lived almost four months in here. It's clean and calm and with all sufficient appliances and supplies to support a convenient life. The owner is very kind and helpful as well.

Jesse’s place was wonderful! The neighborhood is very quiet with a couple walkable restaurants. We had two vehicles and we were able to find parking right out front every time. Check in was a breeze. The apartment has everything you need and provides a very warm and homey feeling. Great for a weekend get away! Jesse was very accommodating and quick to respond every time. We will definitely be back!

Logan’s place was a gem in Soulard! It was easy to find, very clean and close to a lot of local spots. I would stay here again in the future.

We had an excellent week-long stay in this well furnished apartment situated in a beautiful neighborhood. It was super clean, has modern appliances and a well-functioning (and quiet!) AC system. But I especially liked all the little things that make a huge difference: extra towels, plenty of hangers in the large closet, lots of drawer space in the bedroom, nightstands on both sides of the bed with lamps and USB outlets, a great hairdryer with separate controls for heat and fan, a sunny laundry room with laundry supplies, a bottle of wine…I could go on and on. I will definitely book this place again.

I stayed here as an extended stay of around 2.5 months and I would easily recommend this airbnb to anyone: Peggy went above and beyond to not only make it feel like home, but also made sure that there were no everyday needs to worry about. Extremely responsive and proactive with communication. The place was clean, cozy, with great wifi, and with laundry/cleaning supplies/cooking basics included as if it were my own home. The kitchen is a little dated, but never stopped me from doing what I needed. The location is gorgeous and near parks (and a 10 min drive for the hospital, where I worked) and I never had any issues with parking. Very safe as well! The place itself is cute and cozy and the temperature control works very well. Plenty of storage space as well. Honestly I could say many good things as they come to me, but in the end I just truly recommend this place!

Enjoyed my stay. It's on a quiet street and within walking distance to many good restaurants. The hosts answered questions quickly. Worth staying.

it was a great place to stay i enjoy myself. we didn't get a change use the hot tub but the pool made up for that because it felt like an hot due to it being heated but very good place to stay 👌

This place was great for our visit to WashU. It was spacious, trendy, comfortable and clean. The building had a lot of cool spaces and amenities that we didn't get a chance to take advantage of but I would encourage others to save some time to utilize. It is an extremely walkabout area, right next to the park and a quick drive for us to WashU. Urus was accommodating to our early arrival which is always appreciated.

I was in town visiting family and the location was convenient for my family. There were several restaurants within walking distances and a grocery store and drugstore store right around the corner.

Looks even better than the pictures. TheSTAY is very responsive and swift. I loved everything about the entire building and neighborhood. Definitely going back!!
