Had a great stay at Ling's place. The location is quite away from the city centre and the more popular tourist areas, but It is located from a walking distance of Monash campus which was important to me. Also was very handy to have the supermarket and coffee/food places just downstairs in the M-City complex. The apartment itself was spacious, had 2 bathrooms with showers and with a well equipped kitchen. Some TLC is needed in areas of the apartment, but overall it's a good value for your money. Also Linh is very responsive and happy to help you with anything with the place.

My kids love the place and great locations with convenient supermarkets. The host Jing Jing is very nice and replied in time.

Mark & Tracey were really great hosts & attentive to our needs. The apartment was clean, quiet & comfortable. The beds were lovely we slept really well & the shower was great too. We loved that the location was within easy walking distance to Monash medical centre.

Had a wonderful stay at Faye’s place, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Clayton.

Perfect Location & Impeccable Stay! The apartment boasts an unbeatable location with a major shopping mall directly downstairs, offering ultimate convenience for daily needs. The room was exceptionally clean, organized, and hands down the **most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve experienced**—they’ve thought of every detail! My stay was utterly comfortable, and I’ll 100% book here again when visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend!

This apartment was well-located for Monash's Clayton Campus. It is linked to a mall, luxe, and has everything one needs in terms of the amenities. There was a carpark and use of the swimming pool. Most of all, Kim truly deserves her superhost status. She provided clear instructions, well in advance, and a very responsive host. She was thoughtful and even provided drinks in the fridge for us. She warm, friendly, and caring and afforded us lots of other help. We are so grateful for a wonderful stay at Kim's M-city home.

My family of 6 enjoyed the Wheelers Hill home. Plenty of space for us, high ceilings in the living areas. There’s a nice coffee shop within walking distance, and shopping center within a 2 minute drive, or short walk. Short walk to Jells Park too!

Yi’s place is perfectly located to the Glen and not too far away from Chadstone. Lots of room, multiple spots to relax, and exactly what we needed. Thanks Yi!

Lovely place to stay if you are travelling with a family! Lots of space and absolutely loved how clean you keep the place Bingbing🥰Neighbourhood nice and peaceful. Travelled for an event not far, very happy we found this place last minute. Host was always responsive and helpful when we reached out!

Rick is an awesome host and his house is beautiful and very big! His house is clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. Rick is very responsive and gives clear instructions. He has provided everything needed for a comfy stay. Our car (Kia Carnival) was too long for the garage but we could park it in the driveway where it’s secure behind an automated gate.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Great location in the Melbourne CBD. We were a family of four and the place was loved by all. Could see Melbourne beauty from the comfort of our bed. MCG, Docklands, DFO, lots of food options are all nearby. Our host was very responsive and had provided clear instructions. Would love to visit and stay at the same place again :)
