There is a big living area downstairs and a retreat upstairs if you prefer to watch TV, read a book or study. I am a friendly, welcoming person and you will feel at home

This is a light & sunny apartment. The kitchen is large and well equipped for you to cook and dine in. There is heating and a ceiling fan in the living room and also the bedroom. There are comfortable couches, a large TV for you to watch and a good quality sound system. There is a modern washing machine and an exterior clothesline for your convenience. As I live in my apartment and as the combined bathroom/toilet/laundry is shared with guests, my apartment is only suitable for male guests.
