Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Jolie petite maison ds un très GD terrain clos avec une belle maison en face avec plusieurs locations. Fonctionnel, de quoi cuisiner niveau ustensiles. Prévoir des serviettes de bain en plus pr la piscine. Rien est clos ou fermés à l'extérieur entre les locations (lieu idéal pour organiser un séjour familal, cousinade ou entre amis, le cadre si prête) avec cette belle piscine (totalement clôturée par sécurité) bcp de place autour, ce n'est pas dérangeant si on est plusieurs, transat, elle est nettoyé ts les jours. Cadre très verdoyant avec les bêtes de la ferme ( poneys, ânes, cochons, vache et son veau, etc...) aux alentours et les sangliers. Juste pr info c'est encaissé , pas de vue mais ressourcant car ds la nature. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giancarlo qui est très réactif au message mais ns avons rencontré son fils avec sa petite famille qui sont très sympathiques, donnent des conseils et renseignements, ilsi aiment les échangent. Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonderes Highlight der Unterkunft war der Pool, den besonders die Kinder jeden Tag ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der Umgebung gab es viel zu sehen und zu erleben, alles war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank! :-)

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

L’alloggio è come in foto, in piena campagna toscana. Un angolo di paradiso dove sentire solo i suoni della natura. L’host e suo figlio sono stati super gentili e disponibili nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di fare check in anticipato e check out posticipato. La casa è spaziosa e attrezzata di tutto il necessario. La piscina è ottima per rilassarsi ed il tavolo all’esterno ottimo per mangiare all’aperto e fare grigliate. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

La vue est magnifique. Quartier paisible. Toutefois, la cuisine manque plusieurs articles pour cuisiner.

wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ich empfehle unbedingt etwas gegen die Stechmücken mitzunehmen. einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Stühle auf der Terrasse, da haben 2 stark gewackelt, es sollte hier Ersatz besorgt werden.

我要如何赞美Maria Chiara的民宿呢~这是我此次旅行中最爱的一个住宿地点，美好得有一点梦幻和不真实。房子的具体位置我描述不清，离皮恩扎不远，我们开了一路的山路，很好找。漂亮的精心打理的院子是我的第一印象，一只可爱的小猫在院子里和我们慵懒地打招呼。Maria带我们去了所有的房间，一共三间超级舒适的卧室，两个配备齐全的厕所，还有大小两间起居室以及温馨的厨房。因为到达的时候已经很晚了，我们没有来得及在路上吃饭，打开谷歌地图，附近的餐厅都显示打烊了。我们只好非常不好意思地寻求Maria的帮助。Maria和他的家人给了我们很大的帮助，他帮我们打了一堆电话，前面好几个都说今天满座了或者是我们要打烊了，但是他们丝毫没有停下来的意愿，直到找到一家开门的披萨店。我们很顺利地找到了那家当地的餐厅，简直是我吃过最好吃的意面和披萨，而且价格非常公道。夜晚，我们在院子里品尝白天从酒庄带回来的美酒，漂亮的院子和星空，气氛太好了。第二天，我们得以认真打量这漂亮的房子，它已经有104岁了，但是房屋的状态特别好，是女主人辛苦在打理。房间的家具和陈列特别有地域的特色，也有复古的年代感，配色迷人得令人挪不开眼睛。我和朋友说，感觉就是住进了一家博物馆。Maria的厨房也有很意思，大概有大大小小5只咖啡壶，非常有生活的气息。我们要离开的时候，Maria已经在打扫院子了，我们用谷歌翻译聊了一会儿，再次感谢她热情的招待。这漂亮的房子承载了我对托斯卡纳最好的回忆，和我亲爱的家人还有可爱的朋友。

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful accommodation in Tuscany. The views are stunning, and the property includes a small, fenced garden, which was perfect for our dog. There's also a large pool available to all guests, which was a huge plus. Having a car is a must. The location is ideal for visiting local spots like Siena, San Gimignano, and Val d’Orcia. The host provides a fantastic guidebook with recommendations, and we were never disappointed by any of the places he suggested. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed relaxing dinners in the garden under the lights. Overall, it's a cozy and comfortable place, perfect for a Tuscan vacation

This place in the Tuscany region has an excellent location—about an hour's drive to Siena. The room is spacious, and the host prepared a generous selection of breakfast items, including freshly baked bread on the day we arrived, which was absolutely delicious. The Wi-Fi was excellent and made it easy for me to upload and organize my photos.

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

We hebben een goede tijd gehad bij Lucia. Stond altijd klaar. Ook de moeder van Lucia was erg vriendelijk. Huis was ondanks de 35 graden en geen airco toch koel genoeg met de ventilatoren. Vooral s’nachts. De horen waren top. Even zo het zwembad was geweldig. Uitval basis voor steden in Toscane was perfect.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

Due sorelle super accoglienti e disponibili, pronte a dare indicazioni e consigli utili. L'appartamentino si trova al piano terra di un casale storico, un gioiellino fuori dal traffico in mezzo alla campagna. Lo si raggiunge percorrendo un viale sterrato (un pò dissestato) puntellato di cipressi (dalla posizione che invia Chiara alla stanga subito a sinistra!). L'appartamento è davvero molto curato, pulito, accogliente e confortevole. C'è tutto quello che serve, anche la lavastoviglie che è un plus non scontato. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, zona super silenziosa, al massimo si sentono versi di qualche animale. E' stata davvero un'ottima esperienza!

Fantastische locatie, volledige rust en privacy. Veel natuur en dieren rondom je huisje. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Door vertraging van de veerboot kwamen we middenin de nacht aan dat was geen probleem en we werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Helemaal TOP!

We loved our week here, beautiful area to explore the nature and culture around Cortona. The garden and pool area was wonderful, secluded and pretty, and the kids (and adults) loved swimming and playing in the pool. Very welcoming and helpful hosts! We would love to come again. Grazie mille!
