The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Situated in the garden of our home on a private beach estate, this is a perfect place for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.
