Brand new appliances, washer/dryer, private off-street parking. This house features an open floor plan. Guests are provided with linens, towels, toiletries and high speed internet (SmartTV).

Paddle boards and kayaks are provided. My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm. This recently remodeled home build in 1933 and located on the Chesapeake Bay is a perfect place to vacation. Direct private beach access with a beautiful salt water pool to enjoy. Around the pool there is plenty of space for games, grilling, and relaxing. Use the newly renovated kitchen or visit one of several local restaurants serving fresh local seafood to satisfy your appetite. Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown are only a short drive away.

Your family beach house

1. Your family beach house is only one block away from the beach of Chesapeake Bay! A well known Mexican restaurant is right cross the street. 2. Self check in time is 4 pm. The access code for the smart lock will be send through app message once you make the reservation. You can press the ‘Yale’ button, the numbers will light up; and press the code with green “check” mark. It’ll be valid during the time of stay.
