This little gem is the perfect stay for singles and couples. The accommodation is a 4 minutes drive to Sutton station or a 10 minute bus journey. We have many buses stationed near the studio travelling to Morden, Wimbledon, Tooting and other various locations across South west London. Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. You're a short walk from Worcester Park Station (Zone 4), with direct trains to London Waterloo in under 30 minutes— ideal for exploring iconic sites like Big Ben, The British Museum, and Covent Garden. Locally, enjoy Nonsuch Park, perfect for walks and picnics, or take a short drive to the historic Hampton Court Palace.

Quiet self-contained Annex

A quiet, recently renovated annex with it's own private entrance, situated in a peaceful leafy private road. Ewell East station is just a 10 minute walk, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. An ideal base for exploring the peaceful surroundings of Surrey and the vibrant city life of London. Close to Epsom Racecourse, Ewell Village and Cheam Village with plenty of good pubs, shops and restaurants. It has a King size bed, fully equipped kitchen with double oven and dishwasher.

Your own private stylish cabin, own entrance, self check-in. King-size bed, en-suite, kitchenette & private outside space. 8min walk to 2 stations into central London (Waterloo 25min, Wimbledon 15min). Good links to Hampton Court, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey walks and villages. Superloop 7 Bus (SL7) direct to and from Heathrow Airport, 1hour. Very quiet residential road with free parking. No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

This quiet studio is a 15 minute walk from Ewell West train station for a 35 minute direct train to Waterloo.
