Chatham: aluguel por temporada com terraço

We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

I so totally have to shout out about Andy & his place. You can see why Andy has the Super Host designation. Every single little thing about this gentleman & his property is super. This was last min, late at night, a mess. But Andy was super responsive and just totally flexible, helpful, and kind. His check in directions and instructions are world class, detailled and superb. Others should take note. The property is in the heart of the City, the centre, but the location - riverside - it was so quiet & peaceful. Everything here is done to its best and there are just little additional touches that are second to none, from little nibbles, chargers & cables - even fab placed lighting (turn on the one behind the sofa!). It's spacious over 2 floors & 2 baths, well appointed & maintained, but with thought and care. Take note, don't miss this place, or Andy - who I thank wholeheartedly for everything & apologise to for my late night messages & tardy check out. I'll be back, if I can get in!

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with just a short walk to the O2 arena and the long stay car park. The apartment was super easy to find and I'd highly recommend for any events at the O2! Olivia was very helpful and very quick to reply.

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

Clare's place is an ideal base for exploring the local area, nestled right on the high street for easy access to nearby attractions. While the road noise can sometimes be more noticeable, this may be more of a personal preference, as we’re accustomed to a very quiet environment. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and designed for comfort. It offers a wonderfully sociable communal space where families can relax and enjoy time together. The bedrooms are spacious, and the convenience of having two toilets makes sharing the space effortless. Clare is a very responsive host and dealt with a couple of early questions from us, on arrival, without a hitch. Although the free parking is a bit of a walk from the apartment, you can pull up right outside the front door to drop off bags. However, as the road can be quite busy, this might briefly hold up some traffic. All in all, we had a fantastic stay at Clare's place and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

We have had a fabulous week in this beautiful spotless Airbnb. We were two couples and a single friend. We wondered if it would feel small but not at all - it was perfect! We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen is so well equipped! The hosts have thought of absolutely everything you might need. It's in a lovely quiet spot of London and I just couldn't recommend this enough. I'd love to come back! Thank you so much 💕

I had an amazing stay at Dina’s place and felt right at home. Her flat has everything you need with a great kitchen, comfortable bedroom and sunny, spacious lounge. The location is great for commuting into central London and there’s also some lovely walks around- Regents Canal is only 2 mins walk away which leads up to Victoria Park. Perfect for dog walks!
