Casa al Ponte Scudi is a luxurious apartment of about 80 sqm. Housed in an ancient 13th century Franciscan convent, it is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with separate kitchen, a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, two alcoves. with sofa beds and a second bathroom with a big shower. The house has 4 windows with breathtaking views of the canal, WiFi connection, AC system and details of great refinement and design.

The Cenare apartment is on the 2nd floor, under the roof beams, of a sixteenth century building in the Cannaregio Sestiere. Overlooks the Sensa canal, a garden and the historic Ghetto. Exceptionally luminous and sunny, it is also quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has a generous working area. Dining table for 3 people. The bedroom has either a double bed (160 cm X 195cm) or else two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower with a rainfall shower head.

It's situated in one of the most typical areas of the city, with markets and restaurants. It's very close to the Biennale gardens, where there is also playground. It's distant two minutes from the vaporetto stop and 15 minutes by walk from Piazza San Marco. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: it's perfect if you want to live as a really Venetian.
