Unique, authentic and clean! We were looking for a place where to stay in the mountains and still have the Italian authentic small vila - and we found it. It was rainy when we stayed, but it didn’t changed our plans and the vibe as the villa itself has the coziness that fits any weather. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to feel the unique and authentic vibe.

Alla casa tra gli ulivi si sta veramente bene, i gestori sono gentilissimi e carinissimi ed hanno una "testa imprenditoriale" davvero vincente. Ogni minimo dettaglio, sia della location che del rapporto con gli ospiti, è ben curato e tutto è pulito, nuovo e si vede che la manutenzione è maniacale perché non abbiano riscontrato un singolo problema. Puoi ordinare cocktails, drinks, gelati, massaggi .... Il primo giorno siamo, per problemi nostri, arrivati a notte fonda e ci hanno aspettati svegli senza chiedere un euro di check in posticipato. Ci hanno offerto prosecco... insomma persone squisite che hanno il grande successo che si meritano proprio grazie al fatto che un piccolo spazio intimo e riservato ti danno tutto....casa, giardino, piscina, barbecue, pergolato (tavolo stupendo) CON LA GENTILEZZA DI CHI TI ACCOGLIE IN FAMIGLIA. Veramente consigliato a tutti, un posto magnifico e rilassante. in 4 giorni mi sono rigenerato più di altre ferie che ho fatto in passato di 2 settimane....

Schöne Aussicht, 20 min mit dem Auto von der nächsten Stadt entfernt, ohne Auto nicht erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief super, das Haus war mit Navi gut zu finden & die Gegend ist sehr schön

The location is superb, great views and has a very cosy feel. The kitchen and living area on the ground floor were spacious and welcoming, while the private terrace made for a lovely place to have breakfast with an amazing view every morning. The bathroom and bedroom, situated at the first floor, were very clean and well equipped and the view from the bed was amazing every day. Our host Fabio was very friendly, informative and helpful informing us about best times to visit the main tourist attactions of Tuscany and where we could find the best restaurants and shops in the area. All in all an amazing stay! Totally recommend!

I experienced wonderful days in this beautiful location, which reminded me of the summers I used to spend at my grandparents' house in the countryside. I only realized coming here how much I need to be able to completely switch off and let time just pass enjoying the fantastic views of the Alpi Apuane. That's how I chose to spend my days, but I note that there would be plenty of hiking or driving around to visit the picturesque villages nearby should one wish to explore the surroundings. The facilities were exactly what is required for a few day stay. The hosts (Laura and Silvio) were present when needed, otherwise they left us to enjoy the place. I enjoyed my conversations with them, and loved their pets. About the place itself, it was as described in the listing, and by previous reviews. I just note that in spite of the extreme heat (it is an anomalous year also in this idyllic place), the evenings were fresh and cool, and the temperature inside the cottage was perfect.

Die Gastgeber ist toll und mehr als zuvorkommend. Der Garten und Poolbereich sind ein Traum, in Echt noch viel schöner und besser als auf den Bilder. Man kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Das kleine Örtchen ist super süß mit guter Gastronomie.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos deux enfants de 7 et 11 ans dans cette charmante petite maison située au cœur d'un village médiéval plein de charme. Les habitants sont incroyablement gentils et accueillants. La maison est parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire, y compris une cafetière expresso et un SodaStream, des petits plus qui font la différence ! Laura a été très réactive et à l’écoute avant notre arrivée, et Stefania, sa maman, nous a chaleureusement accueillis sur place. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se déconnecter : pas de wifi ni de réseau, parfait pour se ressourcer en famille. De belles balades et visites sont à faire aux alentours, et pour les amoureux de la mer, elle n’est qu’à 50 minutes. Un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer loin du tumulte quotidien !

Sehr schöne abgelegene Unterkunft. Das Haus ist wunderbar und liegt sehr privat. Wenn man längere Fahrten von etwa 30 bis 60 Minuten zu den größeren Städten in Kauf nimmt, ist die Unterkunft eine klare Empfehlung! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation lief perfekt.

Posto accogliente e ben fornito, apprezzatissimi i regalini di benvenuto molto originali rispetto al cioccolatino che si trovano di solito. Immerso nel verde, svegliarsi con i cavalli di fronte è un'esperienza meravigliosa!

Große Empfehlung! Das Häuschen ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Giada hat uns herzlich empfangen, die Kommunikation mit ihr war super. Sie hat gute Tipps gegeben und sogar für ins in Lokal reserviert. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Leiter war für uns kein Problem, wir sind einfach durch den Garten in den oberen Stock gegangen. Umgebung: WOW! Sehr schön. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann zu Fuß entweder rauf oder runter in die sehr hübschen Orte Tellaro und La Serra spazieren. Es ist allerdings in beide Richtungen sehr steil.

Perfect stay, host left clear instructions, house was immaculate, very responsive when asking any questions, a stunning place with gorgeous garden, amazing outlook and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

La villetta di Massimo e Chiara è veramente il luogo più adatto per vivere una vacanza da sogno. La vista sul golfo dei poeti è strepitosa e la casa è un piccolo gioiellino dove non manca assolutamente niente e dove ogni angolino sia interno che esterno, è stato pensato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Inoltre l'estrema gentilezza dei due proprietari e la rapidità di comunicazione con gli stessi, è sicuramente un altro elemento che mi fa pensare che ci rivedremo sicuramente molto presto. Alloggio assolutamente consigliatissimo!!!!

The apartment is lovely and perfect for relaxing and enjoying some time away from city troubles. Vagli Sotto is a very tiny town, it is possible to go there by bus, but as there is a lot of nice things to do + no bigger place to shop food around, a car was very helpful. Also, do not book if you’re looking for some luxurious place - the apartment is very comfortable and has everything one needs, but the house itself is quite simple. Contrary to some old reviews, the neighborhood was not loud at all. Catia and Anna were very easy to reach via message and very kind + helpful in every matter. Thank you!!

We enjoyed every second! The cottage was really cozy, however a bit dark and close to a fairly busy road, but this had little importance for our overall impression as the surroundings were beautifull and perfect for enjoying the summer evenings and we spent as much time as possible on the terrace and balcony. The family was extremely accomodating and we enjoyed their hospitality and sweet nature very much. The house was a 10-15 minutes drive from the beach, and close to supermarkets and local pizzarias and enoteca. I would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the area!

Jolie maison paisible en nature! Endroit paisible et naturelle. Havre de paix à équidistance de plusieurs promenades et autres joyeusetés. Jethro et sa famille sont très accueillants et disponible pour des astuces visites et promenades. Endroits à revenir voir sûrement à d'autres saisons de l'année.

Beautiful place. The owners Nadia & Bruno were there to show us around at check in and were so friendly. Perfect place for families to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is a local restaurant, just a short walk away, serving delicious local food.

We had the most amazing time at Benedetta’s place. It really is a little paradise in the Italian countryside. The swimming pool is lovely, there is a lovely outside area where we ate dinner every night and the house was comfortable (if a little warm). I would advise people that there are lots of mosquitoes, obviously this is the case everywhere in Italy and has nothing to do with the property but make sure you bring lots of spray. I would also say regarding the reviews talking about lack of privacy- for the most part we had no issues with this. There was another family staying in the other property but they were friendly and didn’t bother us. There was one night where another guest arrived and was a little bit intrusive- we weren’t clear whether he was staying or whether he was just a friend who had come to use the pool- but Benedetta messaged us and apologised for this. It is a beautiful space and we were so relaxed and happy to be there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Der Aufenthalt im Cottage ist für uns immer eine Freude, die Tage am Strand sind eine Wohltat und wir reisen erholt nach Hause. Es fehlt uns hier an nichts.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in Daniele's woning in Pavullo nel Frignano. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, zorgde Daniele ervoor dat we ons welkom en thuis voelden. Bij het warme ontvangst hoorde ook lokale lekkernijen, een paar producten in de koelkast en een fles heerlijke Lambrusco. Het huis was perfect: schoon, goed onderhouden en voorzien van alle gemakken die we nodig hadden. De tuin was prachtig en bood een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. De locatie was ook ideaal, met gemakkelijke toegang tot de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en kunnen Daniele's woning ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Bedankt, Daniele, voor je geweldige gastvrijheid en goede zorgen!

Mooi gerestaureerd en heel gezellig kastanjedrogerijtje (metato) in de heuvels boven Bagni-di-Lucca met ruim voldoende mogelijkheden voor uitstappen te voet of met de auto (Lucca, de vallei van de Lima, de Ponte Magdalena, ...). Jammer dat Bagni zelf wat vergane glorie is. De terrassen voor en achter de woning laten toe te genieten van de rust en het uitzicht van bij het ontbijt tot laat in de avond. Roberta, die in afwezigheid van de eigenaars de gasten opvangt, is een absolute meerwaarde voor de eigenaars van "il metatino". Haar ongekende inzet voor zowel het verblijf als de gasten hebben wij nog nooit eerder mogen ervaren tijdens onze eerdere vakanties in AirBnB accomodaties.

Even op adem komen, ontspannen & onthaasten. Lanciole is heel klein, deze airbnb ook, maar van alle gemakken voorzien én een fantastische gastdame. Ontbijt voor daags na aankomst is verzorgd waarbij er ook rekening wordt gehouden met allergiën mits van te voren aangegeven. Ook wel zo handig, want het dorpje Lanciole heeft geen supermarkt. Beter iets halen op de weg er naar toe voor de eerste dag/dagen. Dichtsbijzijnde supermarkt is circa 25 minuten rijden. Wil je onderdompelen in een typisch italiaans dorpje waar de tijd stil lijkt te hebben gestaan is dit een aanrader. Wandelaars en rustzoekers hoeven zich niet te vervelen.
