There are a lot of events in town, many walking paths through-out the community, a train that runs along the Patapsco River and through brick tunnels built in the 1800's. Nearby McDaniel College, Stevenson College, Patapsco State Park and Howard County Fair Grounds. You are less than an hour to Gettysburg, Antietam, Harpers Ferry, Baltimore, and Frederick, and about 1.5 hours from Washington, DC.

This is an in-law suite with private entrance attached to our home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed and sofa bed. Folding baby crib (pack n play) with sheets and blankets available. There is a foldable single bed also available. We are an hour away from D.C. and Dulles Airport and 30 minutes away from Baltimore and BWI Airport. Street parking is available.

If you are looking for a quiet space with not super internet this is the place. Plenty of books to read, miniature donkeys to watch playing with their border collie pal and on a clear night - see some awesome stars!

Quiet area. 20 min from Frederick, MD or 1 hour to D C or Baltimore or 45 min to Gettysburg or to Fairfield, PA for skiing. Private entrance with farmland scenery out back of townhouse. Parking space for 2 cars. NO PETS facility but Several kennels nearby. Please No Smoking allowed inside.. may use bench out front.

Walkersville Cabin

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The cabin is located within minutes to the city of Frederick, Gettysburg and Cunningham falls state park. For an extra $50 a night we have a beautiful pool bar available. It is equipped with heat, a/c. 65 inch TV, bar stools, speaker and led lights everywhere.
