La casa di Octavie è rustica ma molto curata, pulita e accogliente La stanza è confortevole, il letto comodo, il bagno ben attrezzato. Ci si dorme benissimo anche grazie al meraviglioso silenzio Il posto è splendido con intorno una natura selvaggia Octavie ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza, ci ha fornito utili indicazioni e consigli sulla città di Lucca e sui dintorni e ci ha preparato stupende prime colazioni. Consigliatissimo!

Many years ago, I used to live nearby. The area is as beautiful as it was, maybe more so. This villa is a standout. Beautifully proportioned with super high ceilings, beautifully furnished with well-maintained grounds in the first flush of spring. My stay was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of tourist-ridden Firenze. Only a short distance from the centre, yet to all effect in the country. The perfect situation for me. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

Wow what a place. This is a genuinely amazing property hidden in the hills of Tuscany. The house is one of a few in a secluded hamlet owned by Petra’s family and is surrounded by forest providing privacy and tranquility. The house is beautifully appointed and is sparkling clean. The upstairs rooms have panoramic eastern views, perfect for watching the sunrise. We even spotted a few deer grazing in the morning. Petra is a kind host who helped organise a dinner booking in a neighbouring restaurant and cooked an excellent breakfast including strong Italian coffee. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a peaceful base from which to explore Tuscany - it’s only a 10min drive to San Gimignano. Thanks Petra for being such a gracious host. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Mein Wunsch einen sympathischen Ort zu finden um die Toskana per Fahrrad und Auto zu erkunden hat sich bestätigt - ruhig, abseits vom Trubel (eine empfehlenswerte Trattoria ist aber zu Fuß erreichbar!), mit viel Grün, vor allem aber eine sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer Tipps zur Umgebung parat hat. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen!

Περάσαμε πολύ καλά. Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα με ωραία ταράτσα για πρωινό. Πολύ καλή τιμή δεδομένου ότι συμπεριλαμβάνει και πλούσιο πρωινό. Ένα μόνο αρνητικό, μεταξύ του δωματίου και του μπάνιου υπάρχει ένα χωλ με μια πόρτα που συνδέεται με το σπίτι του ιδιοκτήτη. Ωστόσο δεν νιώσαμε σε καμία στιγμή άβολα. Απλώς πιστεύουμε ότι θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται ξεκάθαρα στην περιγραφή του σπιτιού. Η συνολική μας εμπειρία πάντως ήταν πολύ ωραία και αξίζει 5 αστέρια.

Roberto è stato un host eccezionale e nonostante la prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto si è dimostrato disponibilissimo e molto flessibile, pronto a venirci incontro in tutti i modi. La casa sull'albero è una vera chicca, completamente immersa nella natura Perfetta location per chi cerca tranquillità e relax, molto bella anche la piscina Bella l'idea della colazione all'aperto e pure molto abbondante!

From transportation to and from the train station, to wedding décor and preparing the most delicious meals! No request was too big or too small. Their hospitality extended beyond the wedding, ensuring all our guests were comfortable and happy throughout the stay. Il Grande Prato is more than just a venue – it’s a place where dreams come true, thanks to the incredible people there. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. B&B Renate ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum entspannen und verweilen. Es fühlt sich an als würde man nachhause, zu freunden kommen. Hennie hat uns neben dem genialen Frühstück auch am Abend mit wunderbaren Essen, für einen kleinen Aufpreis, bekocht. Die Zimmer sind genau so wunderschön wie auf den Bildern und alles ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht. Wir würden das B&B jedem weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten hier den besten Airbnb Aufenthalt bisher.

Herzliche Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns super wohl und auch unser Hund war überall herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist super schön und toll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hatte ganz tolle Möbel und ein gemütliches Bett. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Ventilator gab es ebenfalls. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Mit geschlossenem Fenstern und Klimaanlage ist hier aber nichts von zu merken. Das Frühstück war super lecker. (Überwiegend süß) Kaffee mit warmer Milch gab es auch. Wurst kam aus eigener Fleischerei. (Ein Haus weiter) Großer Garten vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Chianti-Region, sowie zu wunderschönen Bergdörfern wie San Gimignano und Volterra. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war immer schnell, super nett und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Cristina’s place for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room and private bathroom were both spacious and very comfortable. Cristina is a wonderful host -- kind, welcoming, and attentive. The location is great, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the tower.

We loved our stay at Stefano’s place. It was a beautiful room and bathroom and very quiet and peaceful. Air conditioning was very good and very welcome in the heat wave. Gabriella was an attentive host who gave us great recommendations for restaurants. She was also a good cook - breakfast featured delicious cakes! Capannori was a good base to explore the area from. We did day trips to Lavorna and Pisa as well as La Spezia and Cinque Terra. Highly recommend staying at La fornace del Sole.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte il 21 aprile. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Clio che ci aveva già inviato un video per arrivare più facilmente alla casa. Ambiente familiare, pulito, host reattivo e disponibile Simpatico anche Brodo, il cagnolino di casa.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Maria ist sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Das Airbnb ist richtig schön und das Frühstück war perfekt (auch sehr toll für Vegetarier). Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Sind mit dem Bus angereist und von Volterra gelaufen und fanden das prima (aber sind auch sehr sportlich). Es gab tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und generell war es richtig schön ruhig!

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

Da Lorenzo è come essere a casa lontani da casa, sono persone stupende e ci siamo subito trovati benissimo. Dall'ottima comunicazione alla super disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta o domanda, Lorenzo ci ha aperto le porte di casa sua e forse anche di un pezzo di cuore, sembra che ospita persone per conoscere e farsi conoscere e per far vivere le mura della casa sempre e comunque, anche se loro per lavoro o per altri motivi non riescono starci, ci fanno stare altre persone. E che bella casa poi, una piccola villa in mezzo alla natura di un verde che intossica tutto intorno, arredata con gusto e completa di ogni cosa! Sicuramente torneremo perché una volta che superi il traguardo della Casa di Agata, ti senti in debito per ritornarci. Se si è amanti del verde, della tranquillità, della Toscana con tutto quello che ha da offrire, quella autentica dei borghi, un soggiorno alla Casa di Agata è tutto quello che serve. Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

It's a gem 💎 and the Edouard's family are so friendly & kind. it's like grandmother house, but refreshing. Every detail is so thoughtful. Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Rosa was very friendly and she did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was very nice, even better than our expectations, and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling. I definitely recommend booking here.
