We had a restful and relaxing long weekend at Little Fenn. With a toddler we found lots to do both indoors and outdoors. The local zoo as well as a short drive to the beach was a treat. The air was clean and we enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds. Kirran was very responsive and anticipated our needs with recommendations of things to do with a toddler. Thank you for a beautiful get away from the London rush!

We had a lovely weekend with the family . Beautiful cottage loads of room for us all to move around . Children enjoyed the garden and the hot tub was a bonus . Wonderful place to stay . Thank you.

Sally’s place felt like going through a portal into a magical garden. The house was so cozy with beautiful vintage decor and an amazing fireplace. The highlight of the trip was eating breakfast outside by the river and watch the ducks. And can’t forget about the lovely host Sally is! Always responsive and helpful with lots of good food and nature walks recommendations.

The place is a dream, with beautiful large green space and with view of horses at the back. The check in was smooth and Vlad gave instructions. The cottage is very homey and has all the facilities. The bedrooms are all great size (1 slightly small) kitchen has all the great appliances and roomy, with easy access to garden. BBQ was great and an added value. The only comment is that the property is close to the road and during the day you can gear the cars. Otherwise it’s a dreamy place to stay.

Fabulous cottage in a very quiet part of Kent, this was the ideal location for my son’s 30th birthday weekend. Gluten free brownies and wine to welcome us, and Fran added some little touches for his birthday. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The Greyhound pub also made us extremely welcome and there were added touches for his birthday there as well. The hot tub is a brilliant addition and was well used over our weekend stay. We would highly recommend this cottage, Fran was the perfect host and the whole experience was brilliant.

We had such a beautiful stay, it was stunning and so peaceful. Everything was perfect and Sarah was a brilliant host who made sure we had everything, and was only a message away if we needed anything. Thanks so much Sarah, we will be back! xxx

What a beautiful little cottage in a beautiful little village! A perfect retreat! Despite being directly on the roadside, we were not disturbed and found the area very quiet. The cottage is cute, well kitted out and the little garden is a bonus. I would definitely stay again!

Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

We had the loveliest weekend at Effie’s cottage! I stayed with a group of old university friends for a long-overdue catch-up, and the property was absolutely perfect. The cottage itself is adorable, the grounds are beautiful, and it’s ideal for peaceful countryside walks. It’s also super convenient if you’re flying in - only 10 minutes from Gatwick. Effie was an amazing host - always helpful, quick to respond, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return!

Beautiful little annexe in lovely grounds. Very clean and tidy inside with all the things you'd need (and a little bag in the bathroom for things you may have forgotten!) Bed was extremely comfortable and the hosts are friendly, very responsive to messages and very keen to help. Definitely would recommend.

Georgina’s place was lovely, tranquil, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice outdoor space, trails nearby, it’s nice that the place didn’t skimp on little things that make a stay comfortable. Georgina was also very nice and responsive. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay, Trudi was a great host. Cute cottage was in a good location for us, and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The garden space was great for the children. Only issue we had was parking, lots of double yellow lines, or permit parking. I have a blue badge so had more options for parking that my husband. The spaces outside the cottage were always full, but there is a car park which is free in the evening. We would stay again in the future as the propety and location suit us. Thank you 😊

What a great find tucked away up a quiet residential road....in the morning with the birdsong we felt we could have been in the countryside! The house was bigger than we'd expected and the outside space was a real bonus in the lovely weather. Two big ticks were the comfortable beds and good water pressure for the shower - we look forward to staying again when we're in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at studio cottage as it was spotlessly clean, had lovely linen and towels, great dressing room, bathroom and kitchen which was well equipped for our requirements. The location was perfect for visiting local areas and the local village shop great for last minute purchases. Jackie was quick to answer any of our queries and accommodate our requests. We would highly recommend this lovely cottage.

Been going to Stephen's place for several years now and it is always a pleasure. Looking forwards to the years to come as we will be going back again. Fantastic host as always.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison située dans un cadre calme mais néanmoins proche de lignes de bus et de métro permettant de rejoindre le centre de Londres. Emplacement très pratique pour les studios Harry Potter car logement situé sur la ligne qui amène à Watford Junction. Maison confortable et agréable, décorée avec goût, idéale pour un sejour en famille car très bien équipée pour les enfants. Alexis est un hôte très sympathique qui s'est montré disponible et réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons. Petite pensée pour Cookie le chat qui nous manque déjà !

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in de mooie cottage van Mooi. Echt tot rust komen na de drukte in Londen City. Het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden prachtig weer en dan is het heerlijk om in de tuin te ontbijten. Het bos naast de deur is een pre! Mooi is betrokken en goed bereikbaar als dat nodig is. We komen heel graag nog eens terug!

We were working locally and this was the ideal location. The house felt very homely which was lovely considering we were away from home for so long. The garden was a small slice of peace in a busy city and I’d love to see what it was like like during summer months. Really hope we get to stay again!

A really nice property, well maintained and immaculately clean throughout. Neil greeted us at the property to give us the keys & was warm, polite and personable without staying for too long - he let us get on with our evening. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with lots of wardrobe space. Basics like tea, coffee, sugar etc were all provided which was a nice touch. Neil left a food / welcome hamper for us with some bread, butter, beers, wine and other drinks which was a really nice touch and totally unexpected - definitely went above and beyond expectation with that! We were in Walton-on-Thames to attend a music festival nearby so the property was in a perfect location for us as it was only about 15 minutes in a taxi each way. I’d definitely recommend the house and Neil as a host and would happily stay here again - thanks for a great weekend!

Petite maison pleine de charme située dans une rue calme et typique de Londres. Localisation du bien appréciable lorsque l'on voyage avec un bébé. Harley est très avenant et accueillant. Il nous a donné beaucoup d'informations concernant la localisation de la maison, le trajet et les commodités. La maison était propre et le lit très confortable.
