Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

The house is beautiful. It was cozy and clean. The pictures online do not do it justice. We had a great weekend with family. We would definitely go back. Bonus that it was so close to Bear Creek Mountain after a day of snowboarding!

Adam’s place was everything and more that we needed. Room for everybody inside and plenty of room outside to do activities and hang out. Was super clean and had everything we needed.

Jeneene’s was a great place to stay for our family. Beautifully appointed and well set up for kids. An easy distance to the airport and Philly sports venues. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 9 adults and 3 toddlers.

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.

I don’t know if a review can adequately describe how kind and helpful Heidi was a host. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I could not recommend Heidi as a host enough and the cottage was even more charming than advertised. Can’t thank her enough for all she did.

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

The house was just lovely and comfortable. We were able to spread out to sleep, then gather in the living room and dining room to catch up and plan. We were in town for a family event so didn't get a chance to explore but the area seemed very nice and the locals were impressed with the location. Common areas were on the ground floor, three bedrooms on second (we had problems regulating the temp at night there) and then a single/twin bed on the top floor. It is an old house but clearly lovingly renovated so that it didn't feel old and creaky, except for the front doorknob coming off. I would stay there again and have recommended it to the Wilmington locals for their guests. All of the hosts were friendly, quick to answer questions, and work with our schedules. Thanks to you all!

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. A few small spots could have been cleaned a bit more and the price was a bit steep compared to similar locations, but ultimately happy we chose to stay here and the size of the home was perfect for what we needed.

Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

Dennis was extremely easy to talk to and made sure had everything we needed before we landed ! The place was in a quiet neighborhood like advertised and the place was very clean.

Marek’s loft was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect for what me and my girlfriend were looking for. Would definitely stay again and visit New Hope more!

We were here for our high school reunion and was so happy to stay at Williams place. The house itself was so spacious, pretty, and clean we had a great stay! Location was great and getting around was easy

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

The home looked exactly like the photos. The home is on a main road, but was easy to pull in and out of. The home is decorated nicely and has enough amenities for my family. We would stay here again, the next time we are in town.

This is by far the BEST Airbnb I have stayed in—and I’ve stayed in quite a few! Truly one of a kind and I am already wanting to vacation in the area again so I can stay here! The kitchen is well laid out, the sunken living room is so cozy and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were perfect for our needs, and the outdoor space. Wow! By far the best outdoor space I’ve ever seen—it was so relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the calm, the sound of the water feature, the beauty of the flowers and trees. This house was everything and more. Plus Connie was a fabulous host, very responsive, and made delicious chocolate chip cookies! Her attention to detail was apparent with the fresh flowers and hand written notes. I knew this place was going to be good after reading the reviews—I just didn’t realize how amazing and beyond my expectations. This is the place to stay at if you want to explore the Philly area but don’t want to be in the heart of the city.

The place was more remote than expected, but a pleasant surprise! It's on a beautiful piece of land, with lots of open yard and very peaceful surroundings. Super big home with lots of rooms and open space which made having multiple people together feel easy, giving everyone privacy when needed. Overall definitely Would recommend to anyone!
