Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

건물이 낡아서 들어갈 때 걱정했는데 안에는 진짜 너무너무 깨끗하고 지금까지 묵었던 에어비엔비 중에 정말 제일 좋았어요. 진짜 숙소가 너무 깨끗해요. 침구도 편하고, 깨끗하고 잠도 잘 잤어요. 난방도 뜨끈뜨끈하게 잘 되고. 리뷰가 왜 좋은지 정말 잘 알 것 같았어요. 그래도 유일한 단점은 건물이 낡아서 들어갈 때가 조금 무서워요 ㅜㅜ 그래도 1층에 편의점도 있고, 엘레베이터도 있고 일단 숙소 들어가기만 하면 상세사진이랑 똑같은 너무 아늑한 숙소여서 완전 만족했습니다!! 다음에도 또 숙소 묵을 일 있으면 여기로 오겠습니다!!! 잘 묵었습니다. 감사해요~

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. Thank you, 혜수, for making my stay so memorable :)

Very good location, quiet, great view, easy to reach by public transport, good communication with the host, perfect for a week in Seoul! Definitely recommend! :)

Namin et Jake sont d'excellents hôtes, gentils et accueillants. La communication est facile, tout est très bien organisé et les instructions sont très claires. Le guide de séjour est très pratique. Le logement est impeccable, avec tout le nécessaire et des petites attentions (eau, savon, encas, café...). Et le rooftop est un vrai plus ! Le logement est un peu excentré des zones touristiques mais facilement accessible grâce au métro tout près. Le quartier est calme et il y a des petites rues à proximité avec d'excellents restaurants. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup !

Appartement superbe, proximité des transports et de la ligne 2 qui fait le tour de Séoul. Très bon séjour de 2 semaines. James est un super hôte, très sympa et très réactif. Un vrai bonheur d’avoir fait sa connaissance.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

Sangjin’s place was so beautiful and unique! Everything was clean and exactly as described. It was within walking distance to a lot of major attractions and cute restaurants and cafes. We would totally stay here again!

Martin and Amanda's house was a PERFECT base for our Seoul adventures. Spacious, big windows, two lounge areas, and very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, with a bit of life from the hostel across the street, and short walks to great coffee houses, yummy local restaurants, public transportation, and the busy Hongdae shopping and nightlife. Our group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers had a GREAT time! Amanda and Martin provided lots of local recommendations and advice and helped us create memories for a lifetime.

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a lot of attention to details to make it convenient and even with notes to help even if you do not speak Korean. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and the closeness to the convenient station Yeosinnae that has several subway lines and GTX.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by locals and nice cafés. Anna was incredibly kind and helpful—she assisted us with everything we needed. We had such a wonderful time in Seoul and can’t wait to come back!🤍
