Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

We’ve just returned from a couple of days in Broadstairs and stayed at the Hideaway. Sally is a great host and the Hideaway is located perfectly for the beach, coastal walks, restaurants, ice cream parlours, amusements and mini golf. We took the dog on long beach walks and found Broadstairs to be very relaxed and friendly. The Hideaway is perfect for a mini break and is very comfortable and clean. We loved it and will be back another time. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home 😊

Lovely house with lots of space and character. It’s not all brand new but well stocked and great placement to be on the beach. Good communication with Pilar. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Kay’s property. Exactly as described, spotlessly clean with kind and thoughtful extras such as a cold bottle of fizz and some beers in the fridge, as well as bread, eggs and fresh milk for breakfast. We were recommended to eat at the Hampton Inn, a short walk from the property along the beach. The food and service there was excellent - highly recommended! The outside shower was fabulous - powerful and hot and I confess to luxuriating in it for far longer than the showers I take at home. Just bliss. The property is an easy three mile walk along the sea front into Whitstable in one direction (under an hour) and around fifteen minutes to the pier in Herne Bay in the other. A great central location but also very easy striking distance by car if you want to investigate further afield. We loved our stay and look forward to returning ☺️ Thank you Kay 🙏🏼

Property is ideally situated and very close walking distance to town centre. Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The information sheet provided all working details for the property amenities and some excellent restaurant recommendations.

We primarily chose Slip Cottage for its location and private parking, as we know parking in Whitstable can be difficult. The cottage was just minutes from the sea front and surrounded by nice Independent shops and galleries. There were so many places to eat that we only used the very well equipped kitchen to make cups of coffee! The location is down a private lane, not a through road so very quiet. The neighbours were very friendly. Although only a double, the main bed had a really good mattress and was very comfortable. All the furnishings were good quality, with twin beds in the second bedroom. With two full bathrooms there was a choice of shower or bath, plus a downstairs loo as well! Stephen was a great host offering lots of advice about favourite places to eat. He also kindly texted once the cottage was ready so that we could go in earlier than the published arrival time. All in all a great find which we would happily return to.

We dealt with Naomi rather than Jason - she was great and very attentive. The place was excellent and and as described, very clean. Would come again!

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Hut. The location was perfect, we walked into Margate and Birchington. Train and buses so close if needed . Westgate High street was so close and the Swan which was 2 minutes away was great for food and drinks. It was really peaceful and extremely clean, such lovely touches with coffee/tea, milk, water and cereal. We loved the chilled atmosphere sitting in the front of the hut for drinks or coffee , so relaxing. We would definitely stay again and also recommend for a perfect relaxing break and although we only got to wave at Lorraine , David was so friendly and checked to see if all was ok for us . Great communication and we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for our stay and how attentive and responsive you have been 👍

It’s a really clean caravan, looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed, it was a great base to be able to visit family nearby. Communication was great as well. We will be booking again next time we are down.

We had the perfect stay. It was a home away from home with little touches like kids books, games and movies. It's ideal for walks along the beach in all weather. Gill was a brilliant host. Friendly, helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The park has lots to do and it within walking distance of Seasalter beach and Whitstable. We'd highly recommend and come back. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a comfortable stay as a family with 2 children. Location is great with many facilities on site and also good to explore the beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was very clean, equipped with children accessories and very comfy beds. We will definitely like to go back in summer if possible. Thanks Kimberly!

Lovely stay! Amazing location, very comfortable and characterful. Huge private garden! My daughter (aged 3) loved the climbing frame and I loved sitting in the sunshine and enjoying the variety of beautiful trees that were in blossom during our stay. Also so many pretty daisies on the grass. Liana was kind enough to offer us early check and late check out which was very much appreciated. Also the offer to make use of the toys and chairs in the garden box which was well stocked for fun and games was great. Its worth mentioning the apartment is all on one level which worked really well for our multi generational party. Also worth noting is that I found the beds really comfy, the memory foam mattress in the twin room was great for my back 😊 We enjoyed a couple of good meals at captain Digby pub with its soft play and playground. We loved the walk to Botany Bay and also had a super time playing mini golf in Broadstairs. Thank you! We hope to return soon!

Esther place is a lovely base to enjoy a weekend in Deal. Beautifully arranged, it has everything you can wish for for an easy weekend. It has easy access to the beach and the town centre. We really enjoyed the food scene in Deal and long walks on the beach. Our favourites were The Rose, The Frog and Scot and the Pinardier were we had a lovely evening of wine and blues music.

We needed a day by the sea and hiring a beach hut in February was the perfect way to do it. We brought a picnic, books and board games and set about a relaxing day sitting on the balcony under blankets, gazing at the sea - just what we had hoped for. The deserted beach in front of the hut was like having a private garden. Our children found buckets and spades for building sandcastles and happily played while we watched on - idyllic.

I stayed at Maria’s with a couple of friends during a weekend away to Margate. The house was FABULOUS and can highly recommend if you fancy somewhere quirky with a bit of glamour. The house was easy walking distance to the old town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Maria was super responsive, friendly and the perfect host. Five stars all round.

We had the best stay in Margate for our baby moon. The apartment was perfect and in a great location to the main shops and restaurants. Lee-Ann was quick to respond to any questions we had also. We will definitely be back!

Meg’s place is very well located close to the beach and town area. We really enjoyed the sauna and playing mini golf right outside. We would stay again if we came to Margate.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.
