Brighton and Hove: aluguel por temporada de townhouses

We recently stayed at Joanne’s home in the Brighton Hove area. We were an extended family with 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. A wonderful Kitchin area with plenty of room to gather. The most amazing doors that open out to a beautiful and private yard. The home was a short walk to the beach, or to the bus (very reliable and comes often) to get to town. There is a tesco nearby as well as cafes for a morning coffee and bakery treat. The only item to be aware of is that the stairs are a bit steep so if you have accessibility issues, this might not be the right fit. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and certainly rent again. Thank you Joanne! Beth

the house is a lovely bright Brighton home, clean & well equipped. Six of us fitted easily without feeling on top of each other. The garden was a lovely space for a coffee. The local area has some lovely bakeries and cafes, and a convenience store is close by also. It's easy enough to walk into the city, or buses & taxis are plentiful. Emma was very helpful, and accommodating, thank you.

We used to live in Brighton and decided to rent a house this visit, having usually stayed with friends. This house did not disappoint! We have a 10 month old baby and also brought our labrador. The house was absolutely great! It is very spacious, in a great location for the beach and town, & extremely well-equipped. Towels and bedding are good quality & the beds are very comfortable. I particularly appreciated that, unlike the majority of holiday rentals, there was a great selection of spices and other things helpful for cooking. There was also a generous selection of bathroom essentials and lovely reed diffusers in every room. You can tell that a lot of care and thought has been put into providing everything you could wish for to make your holiday easy and enjoyable. Graham was excellent at keeping in touch when we had questions. He left a number of fresh groceries for our arrival, which was so appreciated. We would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed here as a group of 11 and it was perfect. Marina was super helpful from the moment we booked and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect. Close enough that everything is a 10 minute walk but also quiet enough that we weren’t right in the thick of it. If you’re staying in Brighton, I definitely recommend.

Zoe has gone above and beyond to make my stay as lovely as could be. The house was immaculately presented , bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and the lounge was as cosy as you could wish for, I particularly liked the real fireplace. The kitchen had anything you could wish for , SMEG coffee maker with ample of pods available was a joy to use. My bed was big and super comfortable. Zoe left some recommendations for local pubs and restaurants which was brilliant. The free street parking, and available drive was a bonus which made parking pain free. I would heartily recommend staying at this property , and have no doubt I shall book again next time I’m in the south cost. Thank you Zoe you are a star.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und authentische Gastgeberin, die sich um die Gäste und deren Wohlergehen kümmert. Stetig erreichbar über email und Telefon. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Wohlfühleffekt. Das habe ich von einem alten englischen Haus erwartet. Viel Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Trubel am Palace Pier und ganz viele Shops und pubs etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Ganz tolle Unterkunft für 8 Tage oder mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht ins Hotel möchte.

We had a great stay here, would highly recommend! Renny was super helpful and friendly every step of the way, even prior to our stay. The house was spotless and felt cosy enough as a home away from home. It had everything needed for our stay and everyone agreed that the beds were comfy! Highlight was the location as it’s walkable to a lot of places in Brighton, including some of the hot spots and beach.

If you need a home away from home,this is your place! Mary and Simon are fantastic hosts-left fully equipped house with everything needed for a long stay and clear instructions where everything is and how to manage the specifics in the house.The house is modern and comfortable-very tastefully furnished and super functional.The kitchen on the ground floor is huge with everything one can need for preparing food and enjoying it around a big dining table.The rest of the house is over 3 more floors, which ensures privacy and comfort. The house is in a very strategic location-5 min walk from Hove station, short stroll to Hove seafront with huge choice of restaurants, cafes and shops.If you enjoy running or walk,Hove park is just 10 min walk from the house. I couldn’t be happier choosing Mary’s house-everything was just perfect!And if you are cat lover-the sweetest Siamese cat is going to be a great joy to have around! Thank you,Mary and Simon!

Great location. Couple of mins from town. Warm and cozy. Very clean. Loads of board games available and the retro arcade machine was MEGA!! Would defo stay again.

Jonathan and Alison were fantastic hosts and their house is gorgeous. We had the best stay there. They were very kind to accommodate us for nearly a month and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very quick to respond with communication and everything in the house worked very well. It is a very cosy and homely house in a wonderful location and we would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Thanks for everything guys!

I had a great experience at Rachel’s place, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s an ideal house for a group of people to get away in Brighton as it’s not too far from most things you need. I recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay around the Brighton area, would be happy to stay again!

Ideal location near to the beach and shops. It’s in a busy neighborhood so if you are after something peaceful and quiet it’s not right for you. It was beautifully clean and kitchen well equipped. Nice touch with basic toiletries needed in bathroom. Very comfortable - would stay again .

Gorgeous place - even nicer than the pictures. Nice calm and quiet street, 2 mins walk to the beach. Very comfortable and well set up to accommodate all guests. Beds all v comfy and everything spotlessly clean. Perfect stay - thank you!

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

Great location, very close to the train station and the Lanes. The beach is a 10–15 minute walk, but the walk is very nice because you can go through the Lanes, which is full of cool local stores and places to eat or have a coffee. There are lots of pubs nearby, and a 24/7 convenience store just outside the building. At first, we didn’t know how to turn on the heating, but we sent a message to the owner, and he explained - there were instructions on how to turn it on, but all the radiators were turned off. Everything else in the house was great and clean. There is a nice terrace with a view where you can smoke or have a coffee.

Great location. We didn’t use the car once which is the sign of a good break. We managed to find a parking space less than 1 minute walk away which was ideal. House was lovely. Beds comfy and felt like home after a few days. Loved all the houseplants too. We didn’t use the garden or balcony as it was cold but would be great in warmer months. Pumpkin was well behaved too. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The location was perfect,the house was clean, cozy and beautifully maintained with everything needed for a weekend away. We especially loved the outside terrace! Communication with Charlie was excellent and he was super helpful throughout. The bottle of bubbly was also a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brighton!

We had a great stay in Faye’s house on Brighton seafront it had everything we needed for a nice girls weekend trip away. We were even able to have an earlier check-in time upon arrival which was accommodated by the friendly host. The kitchen had utensils for cooking, dinner ware and cleaning supplies which was handy. The bathrooms were squeaky clean and fresh cotton towels with toiletries were also provided for each guest. The noise levels did not affect us as we were out for most of the evening and being a large group we did not notice the extra noise outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend to any groups of family and friends looking for a nice house in a central location in Brighton.

C’était parfait, nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette si jolie et cosy maison, très propre, très fonctionnelle et très confortable. Avec un beau petit jardin. Bravo à Jill pour la rénovation ! Jill a aussi toujours été réactive et nous a parfaitement accompagnés, le processus d’accueil est très bon. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte de Brighton et de ses environs. Nous sommes également allés à Londres, c’était vraiment facile avec la gare de Portslade à moins de 10 min à pied. Il y a aussi des commerces à proximité. Les permis de stationnement fournis par Jill nous ont été très utiles étant venus de France en voiture. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps et espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir dans cette maison !

The house was even more stunning than the photographs and just perfect for our 10 ‘hens’. It’s more spacious than it looks and the kitchen/lounge/dining area is the perfect social space.
