The Courtyard Annexe (Please read all description)

Welcome to the Courtyard Annexe, part of our Georgian house, in the centre of Kirkbymoorside. We are not a self catering unit (no guest kitchen) or a rented second home but a more traditional bed and breakfast. We'll meet you upon arrival and show you to the part of our home that is your own separate, private space. We provide a 'tea and toast' breakfast, whilst other meals can be sourced in town. Lovely Victorian end terrace cottage in the pretty village of Laxton near Howden. We have Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single bedroom. The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.
