Excellent communication from Lucinda and a very warm welcome from Lucinda's mum. The apartment was spacious, very clean and quiet, fantastic location, free parking at the back, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. We had no problems at all, very quiet area too.

Great location, literally on the main drag of shops and 2 blocks to the center of town where they have the open air market.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything you need is provided and more, such as eggs from the hosts hens! The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any communications. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area in the future 🙂

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

Amazing location, 5 minutes to the beach and funfair. Place was really clean and had a great hot shower!! Ash was really prompt at answering questions and super helpful.

We had a lovely stay at The Annexe which is a nice secluded getaway from the busyness of life, even though you’re just off of an A-road. The Annexe is beautifully private and presented. It also has a secure garden making it perfect for a weekend getaway with your four legged friend, or even for a little longer. The apartment has everything you need in it, and is just a short drive to Skegness and other coastal towns. Glen and family are more than happy to help with anything that you need.

The loft is a beautiful,immaculately presented and extremely comfortable apartment.The effort Nina made to ensure our stay ,to celebrate our sister’s birthday ,was memorable was much appreciated.The Spar shop just across the street was very handy.

We had to crash somewhere on our way to do a skydive. This was perfect for me and my children: not far away from the aerodrome, peaceful, just what we needed to make ourselves a breakfast at a very early time. We had not time to visit the area but from the little we saw, it looked like a pretty surrounding.

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend

Clare made me feel very welcome and the personalisation was a lovely gesture. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, contemporary and beautifully decorated throughout. Everything you could need was provided. The bed was very comfortable and Clare provided lots of information for anyone not familiar with the area. I was visiting a lifelong friend and the location was perfect for me. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Clare and this property to those looking to spend time in Uppingham, Rutland and surrounds and I would definitely look to book again in the future. A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

Great apartment in a really quiet location with excellent hosts. Perfectly placed for exploring the countryside around The Wash by bike, as it is right on National Cycle route 1. Would highly recommend.

Came for a scooter rally, apartment was easy to find great parking onsite near a shop and restaurants. Very quiet at night even though near a pub but music switched off at 12 apartment was clean had all amenities, clean fresh bedding would recommend and definitely would stay again thankyou

This Airbnb is in an amazing spot in Lincoln, so central and on the same street as bus and train stations so it’s ideal for getting around. The apartment was perfect, was clean and comfortable. Loved the fact it had a washing machine. The host was very kind and had good response times, had even brought me some portable heaters personally to use after I expressed a concern! I’d definitely stay again I loved my time here, such a lovely little apartment in an amazing location.

This is a gorgeous property! We stayed as a group of 3 friends and it was perfect, the hot tub was definitely a big hit. If we are ever in the area again we’ll definitely look to book here. You won’t be disappointed! ☺️

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Lucie was very helpful In getting to the address. she always reply on time and available to help. the property was clean and tidy and very private just as I like it.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places. Exactly as listed and in the photos. One of the best we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in lots all over the world! Pristinely clean throughout, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we’d definitely stay again.
