Den Hauseingang nutzen wir gemeinsam. Auf deiner kleinen Terrasse kannst du den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Der Weg zum Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Parkplätze für PKW's sind direkt vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Der EuropaPark ist von der Unterkunft komplett mit ÖPNV nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso ist die Unterkunft auch für längere Aufenthalte mit einem ausgebauten Kochbereich und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.
