Enjoy the entire bottom level of this beautiful home. Owners will never be there while guests are there. You will have the entire finished bottom level to this house all to yourselves! We are located in a safe gated community right on the bay and minutes from the beach! You will have your own kitchen, washer/dryer and access to our private pool and outdoor grilling area! We also have a full kitchen for you and your family/friends to use as well that's completely private.

1Rm Studio-Pool, HotTub, Bikes, Kayaks, Near Beach

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet.
