There are plenty of amenities on the estate which include a swimming pool, miniature golf (putt putt) course, tennis courts, squash courts and a club house. In addition there is a full coin operated laundry on the premises. If you are looking to for adventure, a beach experience or a quiet relaxing holiday, you've come to the right place. The is a bus stop towards Cape Town and a Melkbosstrand right outside the estate. In addition, taxis and Über are easily and readily available. Affordable car hire is also accessible. Cleaning and Linen Changes: Should your stay be longer then 5 days we will provide you with a linen and towel change should you require. Please be aware we are suffering a severe drought and would appreciate it if these linen changes are spread out as much is possible. Should you require a cleaning of the apartment, you can request this and a cleaner will be provided. This at an additional cost of R200 per clean. Linen change is at no cost.

Off street secure parking is available. Meals are available on request from the main house.

Situated on the beach front in Bloubergstrand, approx 200 meters from the ocean! No sea or pool view from the flat as the flat is situated on the side of the house on the ground level. The pool may not be used. Unfortunately the listing is not wheelchair friendly. Close to restaurant and local pub. Approx 200 meters from bus stop.

Please note, this apartment does NOT have a stove or oven but is equipped with a microwave. You'll find an outdoor seating area next to the apartment entrance.
