Ferienwohnung Himmelblau mit Pool+Sauna Schönwald

Unsere Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen Wohnanlage mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Die 80 Quadratmeter große Wohnung bietet Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu fünf Personen. Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche kannst Du es Dir nach einem Wander-, Mountainbike- oder Skitag gemütlich machen. Der Balkon bietet Dir Morgensonne und eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Schönwald. Die ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse sorgt ebenso für Erholung wie die hauseigene Sauna und das Schwimmbad.

Zwei ursprünglich getrennte Wohnungen (ein 1-Zimmer- und ein 2-Zimmer-Apartment) wurden hier zu einer harmonischen Einheit umgebaut und zusammengefasst. (Größe ca. 74qm) Im Ergebnis zeigt sich eine raffinierte Lösung, bestehend aus einer geräumigen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, die sich über das Ober- und Dachgeschoß erstreckt. Auf Grund dessen verfügt die Wohnung über zwei Küchen und zwei Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und WC). Eine schöne Terrasse leitet in eine größere Wiese mit höheren Tannen über.

Das Appartement zum schwarzen Wald befindet sich im Terrassenpark, in Schonach im Schwarzwald. Vor dem Appartement sind kostenfreie Parkplätze, mit direktem, barrierefreiem Zugang zur Wohnung. Ein Hallenbad befindet sich ebenfalls im Gebäude zur kostenfreien Nutzung. Eine Sauna zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, welche durch eine kleine Gebühr (1 € für 10 Minuten) genutzt werden kann.
