Stay in a luxury shepherds hut in the stunning Surrey Hills, only an hour from London. A perfect couples escape with a beautiful hot tub under the trees and a wood fired sauna experience bookable as an optional extra. We are located near Box Hill so you can enjoy countryside walks with spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee. The Bothy

Cosy bespoke cabin set on the edge of woodland. Nicely secluded without being completely off the beaten track. The ideal getaway for a romantic break, some country magic - nights by the fire and local woodland walks. Snuggle up with a blanket around the fire pit during the summer months, or relax inside by the wood-burner with a good book. WiFi is also available. However, please note that due to the location through the woods, access isn’t suitable for all age groups. N.B The path is unlit.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
