Pauls home is absolutely beautiful. The size of the bedrooms was wonderful, too. The bed linens were so soft and yummy, and the towels were thick, thirsty, and soft. Since we are on an extended (6 weeks away from home) excursion we had a lot of suitcases and would have LOVED some racks so everything wasn’t on the floor, but we made it work! LOL! The single suite (without the fireplace) would be perfection if it had a nice chair and a side table with a lamp, for reading. Or maybe a desk and chair with a little lamp. Both would be very useful. But if you’re just in and out for a weekend, it’s perfect. It’s beautiful. I would totally stay there again… and if I’m by myself (next time) I’d love to stay in the single apartment next door! Thank you, Paul, for everything! The tornado-esque storm that blew through the night before we left was fantastic! I felt so safe in that house and if I’d needed to duck & cover, my bathroom, (under the stairs) would have been the perfect place! For sure!

This place was the perfect accommodation for me and my family of 3. Tricia communicated well and in a timely manner before, during, and even after our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we need. She was nice enough to purchase a pack and play for our baby to sleep in. Anything that was not available to us, Tricia let us know so that we could get it (for example, pots and silverware for cooking). Check in and Check out were both a smooth process. We would not mind staying here again in the future! We enjoyed it!

This place was absolutely great! It was perfect for me and my son and the host Christi was so great! If we ever need a place to stay this will be our first pick! Very clean and so nice!

Our stay was great and the place is very nice! More spacious than I expected with a large office and king bedroom as well as a good size living room. The place was remodeled very well and I loved that they keep some of the historic features such as hardwoods and fireplaces. Would definitely stay there again!

The property is in a perfect location, was very clean and orderly and was extremely cozy. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Macon, whether it's for a short trip or a long stay

Great location - bars, restaurants, music venues, Capricorn, Redding, and Tubman museums all within a few blocks. Easy short drives to H&H and the Big House. You have to pay to park on the street or in a parking garage but it's only $6 per 24 hours. It's on the 3rd floor but there are two elevators both of which are very quick to arrive if not waiting on you. We were concerned about the noise from the bar below but with a bluetooth speaker and a white noise app we totally drowned it out and there was no need for earplugs. FYI the coffeemaker is a Keurig knockoff we came prepared with grounds and filters so bring pods instead. It was clean - we would stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious home! We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to crash. The home was so peaceful and calming and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated how accommodating it was for kids with the play room, pool table and foosball table. Would love to stay again!

Nathan is a great host, very kind and communication was top notch! The house is very comfortable and great for pets, the fenced in backyard is a major plus. I would recommend Nathan & this home to anyone. It served as our home for 4 months during a difficult time and made things so much easier.

The host was very welcoming, she helped me and my friends settle in and make the house feel like home. She provided snacks, had clean bathrooms and overall a 20/10 experience. If I’m a person visiting macon or just need a place to stay at, this is definitely the house to go to. Highly recommend and I will for sure book again!

Great west Macon location. Safe and peaceful. House feels very big with the open concept. Lots of lights and great fans. Huge, fenced back yard for pups. Comfortable beds! Great water pressure. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host had fun suggestions.

10/10 recommend staying at Ellen’s place! The pictures are spot on. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, glasses, silverware, etc. The coffee pot and Keurig were super clean. The washer and dryer worked great! Super comfy pillows!! And the beds and linens were also super cozy. Nice bathrooms with soft clean towels! First glance the neighborhood is interesting but people were friendly. Washer and dryer worked great. My family and I loved curling up on the comfy couches while we watched movies. It was very homey, and we have no complaints whatsoever! If we are ever back in the Macon area we hope that this Airbnb is available!

Rouanne is an incredible host. Check in instructions were spot on. The home was very clean and exactly as described. Large and great kitchen with exceptional appliances. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. A beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to Mercer University. We will most definitely be staying here again. Could not have been any better !
