Within 1 hour to Sunday River, Cannon, Loon, and 25 minutes to Wildcat. Great location for a hikers basecamp. We are a short drive to numerous hiking trails.

ATV /snowmobile from the driveway. Boasting stained glass, hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless, stocked kitchen. Cast iron gas fireplace in LR. 1st floor 1/2 bath-laundry room, 2nd floor has three bedrooms and full bath. We are also on Home Exchange and FB (Millstone Cottage- Gorham, NH)

Camp Ursus rustic and peaceful

One room cabin with all the necessities. At initial entrance, you are in the screened in porch. This offers your firewood close to carry, many cozy chairs to lounge, and a get away from the summer bugs. Camp door is locked with a coded lock. Upon entry of camp you will be met with a welcoming home like feel. The only thing you will need are drinking water and sleeping bags. Bunks are fitted with clean linens. Come! Come enjoy camp living! NOTE: outhouse for bathroom duties. :)
