Our modern tiny home is located on a small raspberry farm on the edge of the stunning Wombat Forest just out of Trentham, Victoria. Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable retreat complete with an indoor fireplace, kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge & day beds perfect for the ultimate relax and reset stay. We've also got a wood-fired sauna sitting on the large deck with a picturesque view of the Wombat State Forest. If you want to venture outside, there are walking tracks at your door stop.

Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

A private vineyard escape designed for romantic stays by the fire. The cabin sits among the vines on our 30-acre working vineyard at Blame Mabel, just one hour from Melbourne. Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre. It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne. As you enter the hallway and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds a third single fold out bed is available on request. The bathroom offers bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area.

Ballan Country Garden is located in the picturesque town of Ballan approximately 1 hours drive west of Melbourne. The property is a working farm situated on 55 acres with a large spacious farmhouse. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large living and dining space. The house is an off grid passive house with all the features of a modern home. Internally the house is furnished with a collection of furniture and lighting from the 1960’s.

Rates are 2 people twin share queen bed, extra fees 20pp up to 4 adults. Entire use of self contained unit and access to Spa (Bathers to be worn please as not a bath tub for bathing in but relaxing in, full kitchen with gas hotplates and oven, queen bed, if you require seperate beds then you must book for 3 adults and sofa bed will be available cannot sleep more than 4. Tea, coffee, linen and towels provided. Full B/fast baskets available pre arranged beforehand
