Cody’s place was very peaceful and private. The river and mountains provided a beautiful backdrop for our trip. The screened in back porch was great as we spent most of our time out there. We didn’t have much luck fishing in the river but that was the only downfall of our trip. We would gladly stay here again!

This is the second year we’ve rented the round house for a golf outing, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The round house felt safe and welcoming, and the fire pit and grill were a huge hit. The house was clean and comfortable, and the view of the golf course was unmatched. The living room was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The two bedrooms on the main level are private and cozy, and there is great closet space for such a small house. Though the main-level bathrooms are a bit small, the lower-level bathroom has a great shower. Tracy is a gracious, responsive host, and she makes the decision to return to the round house easy.

Deseree and Kelly were lovely hosts. The house was immaculate and extremely welcoming. The kitchen was so well appointed you could truly host a holiday gathering here and cook all the fixings without missing a beat. Of greatest note and sincere appreciation was the absolute thoughtfulness in pre-heating the jacuzzi. I must say this was so welcome after the long drive and dinner to find it only took 15 minutes to get it to its optimum temperature for a good soak before bed. Thank you so much for kindness. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spent my birthday weekend here with friends and family! Upon walking in we fell IN LOVE! The views are immaculate and the house itself is beautiful!

Lovely home, located in the beautiful Pennsylvania country side. Ann stopped by for a visit, and is well versed in all the local events and restaurant's in the surrounding area. We attended a wedding at the Woodhaven Event Venue. The house is within walking distance of the venue with the added bonus of crossing the covered bride at the bottom of the hill. The house is beautifully furnished and we had no issues cooking our meals and also took advantage of the fire pit located in the back of the house. Thanks Ann and Richard. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking to spend some time in the area.

We wanted to go to the Eternal Springs Spa without the Omni Hotel prices, and this place was perfect. 10 minute drive to the spa and to downtown historic Bedford. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The setting is serene and quiet. Kevin was extremely accommodating and responsive. It was a very nice trip and much of that was due to the accommodations.

April place was a small and cozy place within a short drive to the ski slopes. Just what we were looking for. She was also extremely responsive and nice as we first had a hard time finding the right unit.

This condo is really cute and has great natural light. We stayed as a family of four with our dogs so it was a bit crammed but if you're skiing all day, it's all you need! It's nice the place is well stocked with the basics so you don't have to worry about bringing those.

She has been great to communicate with! Very great all around.

Judy's AirBnB was cozy, clean and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a long weekend away. We had the opportunity to do some exploring in the area . . . Flight 93 Memorial, Quecreek Mine Rescue site, Horseshoe Curve, Gallitzen tunnels and the Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona . . . everything within an hour's drive (with beautiful scenery!). We enjoyed the on-site Clubhouse (great service, food and drinks, reasonably priced) and a relaxing dip in the indoor pool. Peggy's Diner, in Claysburg, offers a great breakfast and daily specials. We met so many wonderful people and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We would recommend Jydy's place for a couple's weekend away . . . it easily makes our list of "return to" places. Judy provided all the information we needed for our stay. . . no need for any additional contact, because everything was just as presented and everything went well (no problems!).. Thanks, Judy . . . we hope to visit again soon!

If you are looking for a quiet, private and peaceful get away with all the amenities, this is it. The cabin is literally in the middle of nowhere, all alone on a mountainside, but has everything you need. The views feom the deck and hot tub are beautiful. Two pieces of advice - 1. Plan ahead and bring food, drinks, etc...that you will need, because stores of any kind are quite a drive. 2. Slow and steady is the best way up the driveway, which is gravel and slightly steep in areas. We loved our weekend away from the world at the Red Cabin and would definitely return or recomend to friends.

The house was beautiful and met exactly what we needed for our annual girls' weekend retreat. Loved the location and the amenities the house had to offer like the hot tub and the fire pit. The size of the house was perfect for our group. Jamie was excellent as a host and very responsive when we had a question.

It is a very nice and peaceful cabin and surrounding. There is plenty of hiking opportunities right out the back door or close drives away. Some hikes are difficult so do your research before you decide to go. Remember to pack water and some snacks if you plan on being out for awhile.

Great affordable clean spot .. very convenient for what I needed … would book again for sure when I’m in the area .

Tylere was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns in a very timely fashion. There was a lot of snow while we were there and he had the driveway cleared twice so we were able to get out. Thanks!

My friend and I had a great stay at Crystal’s cabin! She was very flexible and helped us shift our reservations twice. The cabin is tucked away off of a busy road but it’s so far back it feels entirely secluded. There are trails behind the house but it’s good to note that it is gaming land so be prepared if it’s hunting season or dress appropriately. Overall we loved our stay and hope to return next year!

This was our second stay at the Peaceful Cabin in the Woods and we loved it as much as our first stay. It’s such and nice quiet area where we could just relax and enjoy each others company while sitting out listening to the hum of crickets! I would definitely recommend this stay!
