Great location, comfortable stay.

We visited on a golf trip and this home was perfect. It had everything we needed and was so easy to access everything on the island. Courtney was also extremely responsive and super helpful.

We loved staying at Bill’s place for two nights! It was the perfect spot for us to stay and get some rest on a weeklong trip of exploring the East Coast. We had all the amenities we could’ve asked for and it was a very comfortable and peaceful environment. We would recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

we had the most wonderful stay here! loved the location, we could walk or it was a quick bike ride to the beach, also close to groceries, stores, tons of bike paths, and quiet and beautiful. The pool was even better than the photos, it was the perfect temperature and has shade and sun. upstairs bath is gorgeous, just redone. the hot tub buttons were a little funny but hosts sent someone out immediately and sorted it out. they left some wonderful treats and were just the best hosts from start to finish. we rated it our best beach visit ever! love to stay here again!

Our Spring Break trip to Jared and Ashley’s marsh house was absolutely lovely. The weather was perfect, a little chilly, but that didn’t stop us from golf cart rides, beach trips, pool hangs, and bike rides. The home had the prettiest views, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities to stay in and cook dinners. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great host, nice house, good location. We were new to Hilton Head, so we were a bit confused about where we were relative to the best places to stay in the area, but all in all, it was a good fit, and we'd recommend it to other families. The backyard pool is a fantastic place to relax with children. The screened-in patio becomes the natural place to hang out in the evenings, and it works great. Mindy, the host, was extremely proactive and communicative. The end of our trip was a bit hectic as one of the members of our group had a medical emergency, and Mindy was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

Robert’s place was a beautiful space and had a gorgeous view! He was very clear with instructions and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend his listing plus the people on site were very friendly and helpful! Loved the comfy bed❤️👌

We absolutely loved the place! The unit was very clean, beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very nicely stocked, and there were great views, quiet, and nice amenities! We were very happy, and the location was ideal, close to Port Royal Golf Club, where my son was doing the JPGA camp daily. We loved the beach for running and walking, which stretches about 3 miles to the north and nearly 2 miles to the south. The gym was just right and not crowded. They had everything we needed at the unit. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do, although we could have biked to everything. The neighborhood is tucked away in a quiet area and is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay as a family of 4 with two kids under 7. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable with everything we could have possibly needed. We enjoyed our coffee and the view from the balcony each morning, daily walks on the beach, time in the pool (the food truck on Wednesday was an unexpected bonus), and pickle ball. We rented bikes and it was very easy to get to the inland bike path and the beach path. There is so much to do on the grounds and everything was very clean and well maintained. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!

The pictures do not even come close to how amazing this place is. Front staff was friendly when checking in and helpful with giving ideas for what to do on the island. Room was easy to find and parking was plenty both under in the garage and outside. Room was easy to find and get into. Nice view over the pool and backyard with plenty of trees. Beach access was nearby and within a quick walk. Rooms were clean and well organized making me feel at home. It was a bit cold so could not use the outside hot tubs or swimming pool. But they were spacious and many and kept up very well. Inside pool and hot tub which I used was nice. Not many other in there. So felt like I had the entire place to myself. Check out was easy. Didn't want to leave and wish I could have spent more time there.

Mark's place was a perfect location. We had an issue arise with another Airbnb and we requested to book Mark's place about 8:00PM on Good Friday to move in immediately. Mark was very responsive, accepted our request and send instructions. His place was perfect. Right on the ocean, just blocks from Coligny Circle! It is just as described and perfect for 2 people. The place is small, but has everything you need. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than most Airbnb condos. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, etc. Shower was super strong and wonderful after a day at the beach. We plan to return to Hilton next year and hope to stay at Mark's condo again!!

It was a fantastic stay of three nights. Very serene quiet area this time of year. The weather was perfect. Edisto Beach was off the beaten track but well worth the experience. Many restaurants had winter hours so were closed for dinner. A great experience.
