It's all about the view at our condo directly overlooking a beautiful, wide section of Cocoa Beach. There are expansive beach views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This two bedroom, two bath condo is fully stocked for your stay. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub. Inside the condo, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is setup with two full beds. The master bath is en suite with a shower and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

This bright little apartment is less than a minute's walk from the beach and furnished with a queen size mattress. Beach chairs and colorful beach towels available in every unit. 1-mile from downtown Cocoa Beach restaurants and bars. 1-hour drive to Orlando International Airport and theme parks.

It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
