E. Gray house

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Take a break and unwind at Kevin's Cottage, a peaceful oasis, in an unspoiled, secluded location, a mere five minute walk from Ring Strand and the nearby bird sanctuary of the River Womanagh estuary. A short distance from the breath-taking Knockadoon Cliff Walk and Pier, the cottage is an ideal base for walkers, sea-swimmers and nature-lovers alike. For those who just wish to switch off and relax, the tranquil setting of this charming rural cottage makes for the perfect retreat from busy life.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

This modern, newly renovated cottage for four is set in a rural location, opposite the world famous Ballymaloe Cookery School and within walking distance of Shanagarry Village, Garryvoe Beach and 3 miles from the beautiful fishing village of Ballycotton. We are a 20 minute drive from Midleton town and 10 minutes off the N25 Cork-Waterford road. Brilliant for an individual, a family or couples. The cottage boasts a bright living area with high ceilings and a South/West facing private patio.

It offers a comfortable and private haven with double bedroom , spacious shower room, and fully equipped kitchen/dining space. We are ideally located to enjoy fabulous views and picturesque walks. The Yard is a short drive to beaches, golf courses, renowned restaurants. We are also an ideal base to explore towns of Youghal & Midleton, both being only a 15/20 minute drive.

Coastguard Cottage seaview hot tub family friendly

200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views with seaview outdoor hot tub in summer. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is suitable for letting without kids.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
