Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Besonderes Highlight ist die angrenzende Wiese mit Pavillon – ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück im Freien. Ob für ein Wochenende oder einen längeren Aufenthalt – hier kann man sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Willkommen in unserer modernisierten und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung aus den 90er Jahren. Mit einer Gesamtfläche von etwa 110 m² bietet diese Unterkunft genügend Platz für bis zu acht Gäste. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit WC und einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen Doppelbetten (2x2,40m) ausgestattet, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer verfügen über Sofas mit Schlaffunktion.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.
