The Casita is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Soller Town, which gives the perfect mix of mountain seclusion and town living. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

It´s 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a dining/sitting area with TV, AC/W, and an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher. On the ground floor there is an extra room with a toilet, shower and washbasin, plus a washing machine .

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
