Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Casa Porta Verde Bale

Casa Porta Verde is located in the beautiful Istrian gem Bale on the Rovinj (12km) - Pula (29km) road. It is 6km inland, and down the road is beautiful Mon Perin Camping (for which free entrance card is included in the price, incl. free Aquapark Wibit) and Paleo Park (adult daily ticket 40 HRK). Bicycle and hiking routs intertwine the area. The house is located in a small peaceful square within the old city. It is ideal for relaxed family vacation and offers true experience of Istria's best.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. This apartment has one bedroom. Max 3 people The apartments have a bathroom with shower and are offered including fresh towels, soap, a hair dryer and toilet paper. The kitchen / dining room is equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle for boiling water, dining table and all necessary equipment to prepare your delicious meals. The apartments have also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, broom and dustpan.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
