The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

Me and my family had a great stay at Nicola's. The Ormeau road is a good base with lots of cafés, restaurants and a nearby park for the kids to run around. Nicola was very responsive and flexible with check in and out. The house was clean, cosy and beds comfy.

Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

We were 3 couples looking to enjoy a long weekend in the Lake District. The property was ideally placed in Keswick - walking distance to the centre. The property was spotlessly clean. We agreed that we haven’t stayed anywhere with a better equipped kitchen. It was ideal for our self catering. There was plenty of space for us all . I would strongly recommend this house !

Had a wonderful stay at Chris’ flat. The property was perfect for our group of 3 adults, and the location was terrific for exploring downtown Belfast. Chris was a gracious host who met us onsite and provided a great list of local favorites. Would heartily recommend staying at Chris’ place!

This is a beautiful property and perfect for our stay. It is set in New Town, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the station and Royal Mile. However, New town is home to all the well known shops and plenty of bars and restaurants (both local and chain). This meant you could easily walk to the busy and hectic Royal Mile with all its tourist attractions but you come back to a quiet, peaceful location without feeling isolated. The house itself was beautiful, old and full of character but completely brought up to modern standards. With heated flooring in the bathrooms, excellent shower/baths with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We were three families, (two adults/two children, one adult, one adult/one teenager) and at no point were we on top of each other, we had plenty of space. I would have no hesitation on highly recommending this property to anyone looking to stay in Edinburgh.

What an incredible house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is so well equipped and so clean. Lots of cereals, cookies, tea and coffee to make our stay even more perfect. The backyard was a bonus with the children. Great location too for public transportation, very easy to go anywhere. Ronnie was so responsive and so accommodating. Many thanks!

Sandra was very responsive and accommodating. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and gave some local recommendations. She was very friendly and pleasant. Really close to city centre, about 5-10 minutes drive. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandra!

Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimberley Place! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the property. We did have a minor issue with the restroom flush during our stay, but the host was incredibly responsive and promptly sent someone to fix it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely love to stay again. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and attentive host!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was as expected, clean and comfortable. Quiet and convenient location. Communication was clear and quick.

great communication and the place was well kept with off street parking. not a lot to do in the town itself and none of the pubs served food which was odd. but the Airbnb itself was great. Cheers

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cet appartement géré par un hôtel, le logement est spacieux, très propre. Si vous voulez cuisiner sachez qu'il est équipé comme un hotel, sans produit de base, sans torchon, sans eponge. Il y a cependant tous les produits pour la douche. Le personnel de l'hotel est reactif et très à l'ecoute. Si on arrive avant ils acceptent de prendre nos bagages en attente. Le service est impeccable.

Lovely property in quiet location outside Belfast with local attractions and services and easy reach to Belfast itself. Property was clean with all the amenities we required. Perfect family property. Owner responded to our questions promptly and was not intrusive. Play area close by, as well as coastal walk around the corner and bakery in the local town. Train service to Belfast was cheap and easy to catch. Will definitely consider booking again!
