Very private, no noise from neighbors. We hardly heard any noise from the traffic as the apartment is not directly on the road. We stayed for a week and spent much time on the incredible balcony: you can always find a space in the shade there. We loved the Galini beach nearby. only downside is that you have to walk for 200 meters along the road, as there is no footpath. There is a private beach closer by, but not everyone will be willing to climb down. It's doable for most people, but it is no walk in the park. If you like solitude, or if the Galini beach is too crowded, then certainly try to go the private beach. The WiFi in the apartment and on the balcony is good enough to stream video to one laptop. We had a tremendous time and certainly will come back some time in the future

ואוווו איזה מארח ,נחמד ואדיב ,, איחרנו קצת היה מאוד סבלני עד שהגענו ,ליווה אותנו לדירה ,קבלת פנים מאוד נעימה ,הגינה הרבה יותר גדולה מהמתואר ,התגעגענו לכלבה שם כל היום טיילה בגינה ,הבית מגודר לחלוטין ,הג׳קוזי גדולה ונקייה מאוד ,יש הכל בבית נהנינו מאוד מהדירה היינו שם 4 לילות והיה לנו קשה לעזוב הגיע גם לצ׳ק אווט ,מגניב !!יכולנו להודות לו מקרוב , נחזור שוב אם נהייה באיזור ,,מומלץ בחום ,אז אם תראו את הדירה פנוייה אל תהססו להזמין מקום האירוח המדהים ,שקט ,נעים ,קרוב להכל 10 דקות ברגל ,2 דקות באוטו ואתם בחוף Stalis ובמסעדות והברים ,סופר מארקטים ,בקיצור לא חסר כלום שם !

Un énorme Merci à Léonidas et Maria pour leurs accueil. Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette superbe maison qui ce situe dans un très sympathique village, et à quelques minutes des superbes plages et criques . Tout est prévu pour que l’on se sente bien , un grand merci également pour ces petits cadeaux à notre arrivée ! Dans ce charmant village nous avons pu tester les deux magnifiques Tavernes et ce fut un régal pour des prix extrêmement raisonnables. Nous repartons avec l’envie de revenir une prochaine fois ! les villas se situent dans un resort sur une sorte de plateau à 300m d'altitude avec une vue incroyable sur la baie plein ouest. En fonction des villas vous avez une vue dégagée du coucher de soleil sur la baie. La notre était en premiere ligne et on a pu voir tous les soirs un coucher de soleil flamboyant. La villa était très bien équipée. Certaines ont une piscine privative. Pas la notre mais la piscine commune suffisait largement à notre bonheur. L'emplacement était paisible. A 20/25mn des plages, à 40mn d'Agios Nicolaos, Laltitude nous a permis d'avoir des temperatures tres supportables pour dejeuner dehors ou profiter de la piscine alors qu'au même moment au niveau de la mer il faisait très chaud Chris et Warren les managers du Resort étaient flexibles et réactifs. On a passé 10 jours très agréables. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aime le calme, la mer, le soleil la farniente au bord de la piscine et des villas agréables à vivre. Point important : la route est très sinueuse .

If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax, look no further. Pacheia Ammos is a lovely town with beautiful beach & authentic Cretan restaurants. Just by walking around the village, you will feel like your life slows down a bit and the calmness comes to you. And the flat! Very modern, new, fully equipped and the bed and couch are super comfortable. What makes the flat even more special is the irreplaceable host family. They will really take good care of you and teach you what it is like to receive and give love to people around. Overall, my month ling stay in Crete was very warm and beautiful. I am really happy to have stayed in Konstantinos’s flat. Thank you very much.

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön in einem kleinen Park mit Oliven- und Zitrusbäumen sowie einem prächtigen Pool. Die Aussicht vom Balkon reicht aufs Meer. Läden und Restaurants sind in der Umgebung. Agio Nikolaos ist in einer Viertelstunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wenige Minuten entfernt liegen atemberaubende Strände, die an die Karibik erinnern. Wir können diese Appartementanlage sehr empfehlen, und wir haben dort erholsame Tage genossen. Daniel und Helene.

We stayed for 10 days with 6 people. Great service, very clean, Andreas, the manager was super kind and helpful. Only downside was the highly frequented road (even at night) right in front of the property. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for everyday cooking. All in all a great place to have a good time and enjoy Greek hospitality.
