The apartment has a balcony, a view of the lake Jasna and the mountains, a fully equipped private kitchen and is close to the ski slopes, bars, restaurant, and so much more!

Our holiday home is located at the bottom of the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the best of three countries Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated swimming pool from the end of April to mid-October. In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

The house has a stream running through the property and offers a great outdoor area with sofa and dining table. Two beautiful bedrooms, the one on the top floor has air conditioning. The ground floor bedroom has direct access to the garden and also has a fireplace for winter nights.
