Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

This charming property is a self contained open planned apartment with a beautiful walk-in shower room, fully fitted kitchen, Velux window and French door facing the private and secure garden with a lovely sitting area to relax in. Easy side road car parking right outside the property. 20 minutes away from Nottingham City Centre. 3 minutes walk to Lidl and 15 minutes walk to Arnold Town centre. Nearby pubs and restaurants walking distance or by car.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

The walk back is uphill but if you don't fancy the exercise you can catch a bus. Near bus route to City Hospital and a short walk to buses into City Centre.
