This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a spacious couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 5. Our place is a cozy hideaway on the second floor of a historic building in downtown Story City. It is a sweet little town to relax in that is an easy 15-minute drive to Ames and all its amenities. My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard. There are now stairs. I go by Becky by the way.
