We loved staying at Nick’s studio. The space is decorated beautifully, spacious with great light. Has everything you need. Location close to Sag Harbor and other places is very convenient too. Nick was also a very gracious and responsive host. Would love to return!

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

This place was a gem! Roomy and spotless, just perfect for a long weekend in the Hamptons. Have stayed in several other airbnbs in the area over the past few years, this one was the best by far. Very accurate description and photos, comfy, super responsive host, well equipped, easy to get to town. Would definitely stay again!

My daughter and her husband stayed at this lovely location over Thanksgiving- needed some extra accommodations beyond our local home. They reported that it was a perfect place for them - clean, spacious, walkable and nicely furnished. We will definitely return when in need of additional accommodations. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful, view was beautiful and of course the location was great. Easy walk into town (about 10 mins) with tons to do when you get there. House was clean and extremely tidy - we loved the charm of having being built in the 1709’s. Paris was friendly and helpful and although he lived on the property (directly above us) we never noticed. It was a very pleasant stay and would definitely go back.

Isabel's place is everything you could want in a stay: beautiful neighborhood, close enough to be walkable to all the shops and restaurants, yet on a block that was private and quiet. For visiting Greenport, it is absolutely the best of both worlds.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Just as described, beautiful waterfront location that’s a 5 minute drive to town and local vineyards. Perfect weekend getaway

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
