NB .. the bedroom is in the eaves so limited head room & accessed by reasonably narrow staircase/shower room is downstairs (therefore not suitable to elderly or tall people due to the limited headroom / due to size of the bedroom it is only a double bed). Situated on the Cleveland Way this is a perfect spot for walking & within walking distance to the lovely harbour village of Staithes (25 mins)

Avenue House, in the North York Moors National Park, is a self-contained cottage - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), shower room, dining/kitchen, utility, living room. Dbl futon in living room. Oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, washing machine. Wood burning stove to enjoy, large TV and Roku. A walkers/cyclists' paradise, wildlife aplenty, or just relax. Near the Yorkshire coast, Whitby, NYM steam railway & mkt towns of Pickering, Kirkbymoorside and Malton.

Runswick Bay - Top Gallant - with great sea views

Top Gallant and is down in the Bay. The Bay is a small clutch of largely whitewashed cottages and is unique. We have a great south facing veranda with amazing views. The cottage faces south with views right across the bay. Bedding and towels provided. Free parking pass for the (“Homeowners car park). 3 nights minimum booking. No Pets. The property is not suitable for mobility problems due to steps. Check in 3pm. Check out 10.30am. I charge no cleaning fee but please leave tidy.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.
