A charming House by an amazing lake in the Slovenian Alps near the Soča River, and I can't recommend it enough! The house is quite old, but it's in great condition and very clean, giving it a cozy and authentic feel. The highlight of my mornings was enjoying a cup of their excellent coffee while taking in the stunning views of the lake and mountains. Absolutely breathtaking! The host provided kayaks, which made for some unforgettable trips on the lake — perfect for those looking to explore the area and enjoy some adventure. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

Perfekte Unterkunft für den Winterurlaub mit großen Gruppen/Familien. Alles war fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (Alpentherme, Schlossalmbahn, Supermarkt).

We originally wanted to make this trip last autumn, but then my girlfriend got very sick so we couldn't travel there. Elizabeta was very kind to give us a full refund (thx to airbnb too for helping out there!) and allowed us to rebook this spring. Thx! We really enjoyed our stay there. It's deep inside the national park of Triglav, and you can basically start your hiking tours from your doorstep. You can also drive around in the national park and start out from different spots. The roads are mostly very good (though we also had very sunny weather, so that probably helped). It's probably a good idea to bring enough food with you. The house itself is very beautifully decorated, almost every inch you find something special. Especially the upper part of the house is quite low in height (and we're 1,90m/1,80m), but because we were basically out hiking all day and just slept and ate in the house, it was no problem. So, if you love nature, beauty and hiking, it's a very nice place to stay!

Angekommen und wie Zuhause gefühlt! Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt und die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine nicht mehr gute Matratze hat Heidi binnen eines Tages ausgetauscht. Super, dass wir alles benutzen durften, fast hätten wir auch das Fahrrad aufgepumpt. Dadurch, dass es nur ein Bad und Toilette im EG gibt, hörte man nachts öfter die Treppe laut knarren. Für uns Hausstauballergiker sind die vielen Teppiche, Olster und Kissen nicht optimal, nächstes Mal werden wir medikamentös vorbeugen, denn wiederkommen möchten wir sehr gerne. Herzlichen Dank auch für die sehr freundliche Begrüßung und große Gastfreundschaft!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Anneliese war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bot reichlich Platz für unsere Gruppe von 10 Personen, genau wie beschrieben. Die Betten waren bequem und auch für größere Personen gut geeignet. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung war etwas spartanisch, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La casa è inserita in un villaggio/campeggio a 2 passi dal lago Pressegger. All'interno oltre alla piscina a disposizione, ci sono un'area giochi per bambini ed un ristorante che prepara anche ottimo cibo da asporto. Con una app è possibile ordinare ogni giorno i prodotti da forno come pane, brioches, ecc,... e trovarli al mattino in una stanza comune. E' incluso anche l'accesso ad una vicina spa, e una card con la quale si possono fare numerose attività gratuite soprattutto con i ragazzi/bambini. La casa era perfetta per noi (6 persone) con una cucina completa di tutto e un bel portico dove poter mangiare all'aperto. Il lago Pressegger è bellissimo e molto rilassante con una spiaggia pubblica molto ben attrezzata. Si può raggiungere Villach in poco più di mezz'ora. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza, ma per godere completamente del luogo bisogna rimanere ben più dei tre giorni che abbiamo potuto fare noi!

Wir haben uns mit der kompletten Familie (4 Personen+ 1 Hund) sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus. Kinder-/ Tierfreundlich. Es hat einen sehr charmanten und urigen touch, welcher uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit am Faaker See & Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

The place was just perfect. House is tiny but as comfy as it can be. It's the last house in a village so there is literally no one around, just pure nature and mountins surrounding a huge yard. There is even a little hidden waterfall just behing the house in a forest. House had everything we needed and it is really well equipped. Jernej was also really helpful and a great host, he met us there with fire going in an oven inside so it was already warmed up and he even gave us a carton of eggs for breakfast! Also, pictures cant justify how beautiful the whole place is. Also the place is dog friendly and our dogs enjoyed it very much. We would definitely like to book the place again.

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Nádherné ubytování, které převýšilo naše očekávání, Vanessa byla velmi vstřícná a se vším vždy ihned pomohla. Dokonalé výhledy na hory, vše perfektně připravené. V baráku byla z počátku velká zima, ale po kontaktování hostitelky, která ihned reagovala a upravila teplotu bylo vše perfektní. Děkujeme. ❤️

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und war genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten – wenn nicht sogar mehr! Besonders der direkte Seezugang mit den SUPs war ein echtes Highlight. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig, sehr sauber und gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Norbert war ein toller Gastgeber: hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

We were there with a group of five men. The place is wonderful. There is a sleeping area on the first floor and a living area on the ground floor. Great hikes are just outside the place. Nice restaurants are three minutes' walk. Highly recommended.

A really great place and walking distance to the lake and shops, cafes and restaurants in Krumpendorf. Only about 10-15 mins by car to Klagenfurt. The garden was fully secure for our dogs and the place had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again in the future.

블레드호수 도보로 20분 거리에 있는 조용하고 깨끗한 숙소. 산아래라 야간에는 좀 추웠다. 전용주차장이 좋았다.가까운 산이나 폭포 트레킹도 다음에는 해보고싶다. 사진보다 깨끗하고 예쁜 숙소 잘쉬고 갑니다

Odlično bivanje v slikoviti naravi in mirnem okolju. Gostitelja sta bila zelo prijazna, prilagodljiva, proaktivna. Odlično za hribolazenje ali odklop.

Idéal pour profiter des environs de Bled. Logement tout confort et restauration de qualité à proximité. La boulangerie est à 10 minutes à pieds. Petite particularité pour la Slovénie, ajouter la taxe de séjour au prix global de la location.

We recently stayed in this great accommodation for a week. We wanted for nothing, it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed the area. On our arrival we were greeted in a super friendly and hospitable manner and were given lots of recommendations for possible activities. This was definitely not our last time here.

The best views of the lake right from the terrace! We had a wonderful time here and Barbara made our time so special. She was so friendly and treated us like family. Our daughter loved playing with her twin boys, letting her play with their toys, bicycles and even bringing her sweets. The place was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and a great location. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

We had 2 lovely weeks in Slovenia and the accommodation was well described and perfect for a longer stay! The hosts were very friendly, fast responding and reliable. The chalet has everything you need and is perfect for people who like to avoid the tourism hotspots. But there are some good restaurants nearby and a well equipped supermarket as well. All in all 5 stars and we would come back!
