In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. My bungalow is spacious, has three bed-rooms, a huge living-dining-room, 2 kitchens, 1 bath-rooms, 2 toilets . There is also a very pleasant terrace and a large garden, a pond, the nature behind the house!, it is very quiet, in the village you have shops and lovely inns, In May,June, July August September and December, I give the house to groups of 4 to 8 persons. When I receive guests, I am living very discreetly in the basement. I am busy during the day but can be helpful .

Im UG, ebenerdig zum Garten, befindet sich eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der es sich zu jeder Jahreszeit und bei jedem Wetter wohl sein lässt. Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und Bad sind auf rund 45m2 barrierefrei zugänglich. Direkt vor der Haustür finden Sie endlose Wanderwege durch den Schwarzwald.

Die Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Parken können sie direkt vor dem Haus. Bis nach Bühl sind es 2,7 km und nach Baden-Baden ca. 10 km.
