My husband, daughter and I had a great stay at Kim’s place. Free parking right outside, very tidy and lovely decor. The flat was warm, it was very quiet - didn’t hear any noise from other flats/people - and the shower was fabulous! The mattress was also wonderful, super comfortable. Close to the beach, Science Centre, Codona’s, etc, which is great for families. Kim was a lovely host and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Junaid was incredibly friendly and always available to ensure our stay was comfortable. The Airbnb is centrally located in Aberdeen and just a short distance from several beaches. We had a great time staying there and would definitely recommend it for a small family.

Host was excellent from start to finish. The flat was very clean, well presented and with great walk in shower, everything we had hoped for on booking. Flat is ideally situated for beach and city centre as well as all the attractions in and around Aberdeenshire. Although we had chosen to eat out, the kitchen in the flat has everything you would need to stay home and cook. Great holiday, in excellent accommodation and well looked after by host. I have no hesitation in recommending this flat and will certainly check if it is available next time we visit Aberdeen

This was my second time to stay here and the host has made some major improvements since. overall the place is a great homely and well located flat. the rainfall shower is amazing and properly controlled heat. One issue is the bed is too comfortable, I was so comfortable in the bed that a nights rest was no issue but getting out of it in the morning was. The host is very friendly and advisable on the area and I could see for a second time he wanted to make sure I had everything and that I was OK with the place before he left.

Large appartement with plenty of room, comfortabel, large kitchen and two bathrooms in a quiet place. The only remark could be that there is a scent of cigarette smoke in the living room.

We had a wonderful time at Christopher’s place in Aberdeen. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as we expected. Our family loved the historic neighborhood — we were able to have some wonderful meals and adventures. We would definitely stay at this location again

Our family had a wonderful few days in Collieston - this house had everything! Space, charm, character and the most incredible view from every room. My two children (3 & 7) also loved it and Fiona and John thought of everything we might need. We hope to be back again!

We had a lovely stay in Stonehaven. A couple of nights away with my hubby, son and girlfriend. Lovely coastal walk with the dogs. Accommodation very comfortable with everything you required for a nice stay away from home. Loved the air freshener in the lounge!

Amazing property with very spacious and well looked after rooms. Elodie herself was very helpful and always responsive. I would definitely recommend going down to the stables to meet Femme, Bourbon (the horses) and her dog as well!

Malcolm & Carrie were very attentive throughout our stay, and had great communication from the start. The house was exactly as described, with plenty of bedding / towels abs amenities. Everything was clearly marked abs explained from from the heating to the bins. We even had a few complimentary treats which were a lovely thought. We would thoroughly recommend Malcolm and Carrie, and would hope to visit again! Thank you! 😀

Perfect location and lovely flat for long or short stay. No problems at all but Chris and Megan were quick when messaging if I needed anything.

We loved the apartment! Absolutely fantastic. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Also, great location, very close to many attractions and beach. Apartment has wi fi, tv with amazon fire stick, so in the evening all family can have a moovie night. Very lovely, nice and tidy apartment. We look forward to coming back there.

really ideal stay in the city centre. easy walking distance to everything you could possibly need. really appreciated that this felt like a homew and you could find pretty much everything you could possibly need during your stay too. our only downside was that the bed was quite soft and we very much prefer a firmer mattress, so if that's you too then definitely take that into consideration. otherwise an incredibly pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.

The flat is modern, with touches of elegance, comfortable, and has everything you need. The fact that Grampian Lettings runs it is obvious in its professionalism. The two bedrooms with the cot was a perfect fit for us. It is close to the ocean which gives you such a sense of Aberdeen and its history and identity just by walking along the beach and into Footdee which is charming in every way.

I had a fantastic stay at the flat for a month. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was clean,the heating was easily adjusted per my need, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent—close to the city and the beach. Duncan was responsive and helpful, making the check-in and overall experience smooth. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable stay!

nice place but 5 floor by stairs. If heavy luggage is difficult. near beach and lucky to see aurora. suggest to provide the door stopper for rooms and living room

I did not meet Laurie but communication was always good, self check-in and check-out are great! The flat was clean and full equipped. Wifi works great (foundamental if like me you were there for work), bed and sofa super cozy. The apartment is on a private road so it is safe, quiet and well kept. The neighborhood is also safe and lovely, 2 minutes on food from pub, restaurant, supermarket and 2 main bus stops. I loved my stay.
