Das denkmalgeschützte Haus ist ein Kulturgut mit nationaler Bedeutung. 10 Meter zum See und dem ÖV in 8 Minuten im Zentrum von Zürich. WC und Küche geteilt, aber viel Privatsphäre dank separatem Eingang. Ideal ist die Wohnung für 1 Paar aber es gibt die Möglichkeit noch auf einem Sofa zu schlafen.

This lovely antik house of the last century is located in a very quiet and exceptionally beautiful street in the favored quarter Enge. The museum Rietberg with it s beautiful park and lakeview is just a short hop from my apartment. It is eight minutes to the lakeside and ten minutes by tram 13 or 7 to the mainstation. Sihl city, a big shopping center is just some minutes apart with an spa and some restaurants..

My apartment is simple but comfortable, ideally located just 10 meters from the Tuffennweis tram and a 5-minute walk from Alstetten train station. In just 15 minutes walk included, you can be anywhere in the heart of the city. It is a simple stay at an accordable price, if you want to move in on a long term basis (& year l’été) the rent is 2 500 charge included.
