Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The newly renovated studio is located in the heart of the Old Town of Korcula. The studio apartment offers the best of this fortified renaissance city: 1 minute walk to St. Mark's Cathedral and the city museum, Old Town walls beach, and last but not least, opportunity to choose from the best restaurants Korcula has to offer. The apartment was renovated to reflect the original layout from the 18th century; please note that people back then didn't live in big spaces :)
