Recently renovated this cute vintage inspired cottage has everything you need to relax and cook a great dinner at home. There is a little outdoor seating area to unwind at night and it is very quiet and peaceful. All new appliances and renovation make this little cottage super clean. This is a NO smoking property. Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.

This home once started out as a Train Station in Madera Ca (Approx. 45 minutes away). My grandfather moved this house to Merced, CA in 1949. The house has many distinct and unique features. This is my childhood home that I grew up in with my parents. I've shared many special memories here with friends, family and loved ones and am happy to get the opportunity to share it with all of you so that the memories can continue.
