This spacious apartment has been lovingly restored and styled by its artist owners and features their original artworks (paintings/lights). A stunning set of 18th century chateau doors divide the living and bedrooms and provide the 'wow factor' of this charming find. The living room with its linen covered antique chesterfield sofa, large format art books, 42" Smart HD TV with Freeview, DVD player, Bose Bluetooth sound system is perfect for a cosy night in. Wet-room style bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and plenty of white fluffy towels (shower gel and shampoo etc.) The kitchen - reclaimed slate work-tops, Victorian tiled floor. 'Atelier 22 York' is situated in York's 'Cultural Quarter', a few minutes walk from the Yorkshire Museum, the Theatre Royal, York Art Gallery and the Minster. The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. York's many attractions, including The Minster, Yorkshire Museum and Gardens, Treasures House, Fairfax House, Castle Museum, National Railway Museum, City Walls, Theatre Royal, City Screen Cinema, Betty's famous Tea Rooms are all 5-10 minutes walk away as well as beautiful riverside walks and restaurants, pubs and bars too numerous to mention. A fantastic apartment located on Micklegate, one of York's most vibrant and historically relevant streets. The apartment is centrally located within the City Walls and less than 10 minutes walk from York Railway Station, with excellent cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep. The apartment is in a Grade II listed building that dates back to the early 16th Century. This newly renovated apartment is beautifully furnished throughout, with a comfortable king-sized bed and lots of natural light.

Centrally located duplex apartment with a private parking space. Tesco is across the road and Gillygate is home to many shops, & restaurant’s. 3 min walk to York Minster, 8 min walk to York Station. Overlooks York wall and Minster. The flat benefits from my parking space in private car park for free, there is only one and is the size of a supermarket car parking space. No stags or Hens.
