Yr Hen Stabl is a dog friendly, converted farm stable full of character and charm. It is simply furnished with antique Welsh furniture and textiles. The cosy interior with wood burning stove offers a comfortable space in which to relax after long walks in the Brecon Beacons or from which to work remotely. Based near to the waterfalls, the cottage provides easy access to outdoor activities such as wild swimming, gorge walking and hiking. It is also conveniently situated for the Gower coast.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, self contained getaway. A rustic, little lodge with a pretty kitchen Including a small fridge, grill / hob, kettle and coffee machine. A shower room. Breakfast table. Living room with a smart television. A cosy, mezzanine bedroom with double bed. There is a small, private garden to the front. Llia Cysglyd is a beautifully appointed self contained annex. With a truly panoramic view out over the Brecon Beacons mountain range the accommodation is central for the whole South Wales region and an ideal base for walking,cycling,golf and mountain climbing .The Gower is an easy drive as is Brecon ,Cardiff and the Bay.There are many local attractions including the waterfalls at Pontneddfechan,Big pit ,Dan yr Ogof caves,Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch and Bike Parc Wales to name just a few.

Old School Manor - The Lodge

Relax and unwind at this peaceful and scenic residence. The Lodge is set in a one acre site enclosed by a 5ft high wall, providing a safe environment for children. Guests have access to a large lawn area that can be used for football and other sports. In addition, the hardstanding around the property is suitable for children to ride bicycles or scooters. There is an orchard on site, and during the harvest, guest can help themselves to apples, pears, and plums.

Our Grade II listed traditional Welsh cottage is situated overlooking the Black Mountains at the Southern tip of the Brecon Beacons National Park, offering a relaxing stay and a true opportunity to experience nature in luxury.
