Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. The Tarka Trail is accessible in 10 minutes on foot with Bideford and Barnstaple easily accessible by car. We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.
